even though they are in a new location, the staff is still the same friendly folks. they greeted us with smiles and were quick to assist in the repair of my husband’s wedding ring. They also had beautiful jewelry of all kinds. you should visit this relocated home town jewelry store soon.

12/27/23: My daughter wrapping up college was given a "promise" ring from a long time boyfriend. Of course it was not a million dollar ring or an engagement thing. Just a promise and lets say Step 1 is all for a dad scared like me. All I know is my baby girl all grown up was excited, loved it and her bo worked and saved for it.....and remember nerves guys. It needed to be resized of course and not just myself but wife and son said go to Diamond Shoppe; we know them being local and support local. I was shocked ( or us amazed) that my daughter and wife were told it is not real and " you should go to Wal-Mart". No one in our family are regulars being jewlery of course every season but for her to say that and hearing it was a no. Have the foresight to think well treat them proper as in the past we have engagement then wedding and hubby gets something too right. All I know is I will be speaking directly to Christopher and worst case is they lose not just my family but son/daughter in law plus neighbors and and and others.

I was looking to get a ring resized and the person who helped me was pretty rude and said I could go to the mall to get it resized bc it was plated. Zero customers in the shop and three people behind the counter doing nothing. She offered a sarcastic “sorry” as I left. I went to a diff jeweler down the street who was happy to add sizing beads AND restore the plating.My experience at “my diamond shoppe” was awful. Sure the ring was played but it is a very sentimental piece to my and she was just nasty about it.

What I thought may not be able to be repaired was fixed while I waited. Then they told me the repair was free! Great service and now will always take my business there!

What a wonderful experience I have every time I shop in this local jeweler here in McKinney. From custom to their selection, the quality and service is top notch. I just bought an beautiful trio (ring, bracelet and earrings) for a reasonable price. Debbie educated me on everything from care to storage. I am so happy to have them here where I trust them with all my jewelry.

I frequent here often and always have a great experience. My daughter had a ring sized and I just picked up my wedding rings from getting their annual “dipping” experience. They look brand new again! Thank you as always Debbie!!

My Diamond Shoppe welcomed us with a warm smile. Debbie and Chris were friendly and helpful. They took the time to get to know us. We felt right at home with the dedicated one-on-one atmosphere that was not over the top. The quality of the products is evident. We appreciate their level of expertise in jewelry and highly recommend them.

My boyfriend has gotten me my 2 favorite pieces of jewelry here, a gorgeous necklace and a promise ring. Both are so stunning and well made, and Debby always takes good care of us. Everyone here is always smiling and in a good mood, and they always repair anything I need fixed on my ring. Everything is so gorgeous at this store and the customer service is amazing.

Never go here if they make a mistake and say... completely destroy your grandmothers heirloom wedding ring they will refused to properly repair or make it right. Buyer beware. Never leave you valuables with these people. I went ahead and put photos of the ring they destroyed on their yelp page go ahead and check it out. It was all crooked and falling apart they refused to pay for a proper repair which is all I was asking for couldn’t even give me a genuine apology.

My girlfriend and I went looking for wedding rings, and after going to "My Diamond Shoppe," we didn't have to look any further. Debbie was very patient in helping us pick out a GORGEOUS ring. In addition, she provided good customer service, and they have reasonable prices.

Walked in got 3 watches (2 invictas) sized....in and out in 10 minutes!Very friendly....very fast....great price.....found a new spot for my jewelry.Thx guys!!!

Buyer beware - Debbie is the worst. I will never go here again. It's no wonder why they have an F on the BBB website, Bought an engagement ring for my fiancé with sizing included in the price. When my fiancé showed up to get it sized Debbie tried to charge her for the sizing. Then they sized it wrong. After getting the size corrected on the second go around, they ruined the ring. The ring is cracked, the prongs are melted to the ring, one sapphire is chipped and the other one is gashed so both need replacing now. Looks like horrible soldering on the sides. I have never been screwed over so bad in my life. I can't say enough bad things about this place. Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else.
