“I love this storage facility. It’s always clean and week-maintained and I have never had a security concern. But best of all are the people. Their property managers have been friendly and easy to work with. I’d recommend this facility to anyone who needs to put “some stuff” in storage. I’ve had a unit (or 2 and now 3) for years.

I rented a small unit here to store some recreational equipment for a few months until I move into my bigger apartment. Because it held my bike and camping equipment, I usually stop by twice or more a month. First of all (I know, you get what you pay for), I was attracted to the low price, I didn’t need fancy or temp controlled. Then they increased the rent about 35% (they said it was an overall increase, so it’s not like I had a special rate) about 3 months after I signed up. Worse than that, however, is there are tenants who appear to be living in the units. If not living, they are definitely camped out there every single time I stop by. Which I wouldn’t mind but they pull a bunch of stuff out of their overflowing units and scatter it all over the driveway. I’ve had to beep beep at them a couple times. It is absolute garbage and is strewn about the driveway. So I finally called to complain a couple weeks ago, and mainly to let them know about it since it’s the storage area around the corner and I don’t think the management ever goes over there. Of course no one even bothered calling me back.
All this place cares about is getting your money and they don’t care about cleanliness, safety, or customer service at all. I cannot wait to get my stuff out and never return.”

We were told they would arrive between 8 and 9:30 and they showed up at 9:15. They were very professional and very detail-oriented in taking care of our belongings, wrapping our bed and TVs and other furniture. After about 2hrs, they had our 1500sq ft apartment all packed up.
Antony and his team were remarkable, unpacking our belongings in our home within an hour and a half! They were in and out by 2, and we had a whole latter half of the day to unpack!
Thank you guys so much for making my husband and I feel taken care of. We have had our fair share of moving ourselves, but I know next time, and every time, we and our friends and family will be using All My Sons.”

“Today I had a reservation at Go Store It in McKinney Tx that had been confirmed a week prior and when I showed up this morning w my loaded truck and movers that I had contracted for 3 hours no one was in the office and the door was locked. I received no help from customer services. I was left to frantically call storage places close by as the time was ticking away. The receptionist at Mckinney mini storage was so kind. She helped me immediately and was able to get the guys back to the unit right away while I stayed to fill the paper work. I did end up spending more on this smaller unit and I had to pay the movers for an extra half hour but the helpful nature of the receptionist made me feel better. Thank you for helping me when I was freaking out! I hope the duration of my rental contract goes as well as today did.”

“If you need storage, go see Samantha at Advantage Storage! We had a need for several units while moving between homes. Samantha went above and beyond to find us the right units at the right price, taking advantage of promotions. In addition, was very flexible as we didn’t know how many units we would need.
