Less expensive than many custom frame shops. But not as much choice or variety. Not all staff are well trained in helping select frames.

I've always enjoyed shopping at this location due to their customer service. One of the employees "Devyn" made it a 5 star experience for us every time we visit. She was so helpful, and she had such an amazing attitude.

Awful service in the custom framing area. Nobody is ever around. At ANY Michaels for that matter. I’ve been to three in the area and nobody was available to price out a custom frame. Complete waste of time. Taking my business somewhere else from now on.

This store's well-organized, clean, and the staff is super friendly. Although they didn't have the jars I needed, it looked like they had a decent selection of everything else.

I looked EVERYWHERE for a Cricut EasyPress 12X10. They were sold out at every location. I found one here online so I purchased it at FULL PRICE! I live over an hour away from this location. However, I'm going to do what it takes to make my wife happy. So we drove all the way to this particular location picked up our order curbside. And drove back home. At this point that's 3 hours of driving for this iron. We're driving home and she's watching unboxing videos of the EasyPress. We get home and open the box and this item had already been used! I called the store telling them the situation and the girl on the phone said. Well, yes. We do sell returned items. At this point I'm already upset. Why would they sell something that's used at FULL PRICE! Also, we're in a pandemic right now how am I to know the person before me wasn't infected with something. CHECK TOUR ITEMS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE SINCE THEY LOVE SELLING USED STUFF AT FULL PRICE.

This is a great place for a artsy person. Plenty of thing also for the not so artsy. I needed superglue and glue activator. I asked an employee if the carried activator and she responded with "slime activator" I said no glue activator. She said no we have slime activator. I just kept my mouth shut. But anyways she was nice and was helpful with everything else I needed.

In general Michaels is a good place for arts and craft items. But the framing department is way out of wack on prices. I needed a piece of glass cut for a frame: 10" x 20" is all. The quote for this was $33.00!!!!! Went to Lowe's and the cost for this custom cut was less than $6.00!!! What does that tell you??!!

Decent selection at this Michaels. However, the store aisles are super tight and during busy times it feels like you're crawling over other customers to navigate the store. I appreciate the hard work the associates to do keep the store from feeling cluttered and the new check out configuration is a tremendous improvement. Unfortunate strip center to be located in - while it's clustered with other must-visit stores, the entry/exit points are very difficult.

Michaels is a last resort for me. I dread going in this particular store. It is woefully understaffed and to find the goofy rare thing that I need almost always requires asking someone where it's located in the store. You can't find a free range associate and I just can't bring myself to be rude and walk up to the the head of the line ask one of the two cashiers who are busy working their five-people deep queue. Up this aisle, down the other and back and forth and across the store. Numerous times I've just walked out empty handed not knowing if they had what I was looking for or not.

Really enjoy shopping at this Michaels!There is a gal who works here named Joy, who is so incredibly friendly and offers great customer service. She goes out of her way to be helpful and kind. I appreciate that so much, especially in an age when sales associates usually do the bare minimum. :)

I have had nothing but great experiences at this store. I have been here about three times now and every time the store is extremely clean and organized, the cashiers are friendly and there is a wide variety of seasonal items (my main reason for going). I did score some great deals on some candles but I will be back soon to get some Halloween decor. The selection they have this year is probably my favorite!
