It was as if I walked in and was immediately judged as if I couldn't afford what I was looking for. Simply for the way I look.
I was trying so hard not to show it, but I was upset. They tried talking to me about choosing something cheaper, asking if I knew about how much the phone I wanted costs, how well my job pays , etc.
I have NEVER experienced stereotyping like this anywhere, let alone this location, and I won't be going back anytime soon.
And for any employees reading this, assume that if someone walking in wants a new phone, THEY CAN AFFORD ONE. Let's think highly of people and be kind & compassionate, NOT ignorant.

I liked the staff very much. They were very helpful. Muy buenos personas. Other stores asled me to come another time but they solved my issues. I recommend it. Thanks Ayesha and Kash for being helpful.

Amazing experience. Kash the manager/owner was extremely helpful.She spent whatever time was needed to get fathers password and updates needed all while still helping other customers seamlessly. Our new go to store!

This place is a scam. They are charging you for things that they said are free and pocketing the money. When I called customer service they could only find half of what my card was charged. Be careful going here. THEY ARE POCKETING THE MONEY!!!

I went in to this location on 1/23/21 to get a new phone. While I was looking at the phones an employee came to help me choose one. I told him multiple time I had to have gorilla glass and picture in picture. I must have said this to him at least 10 times. I asked him once again at the register. He said he forgot to check, Checked on the computer while I was standing there and said yes. I dropped the phone two days later and the screen is shattered. I went in tonight to see what they could do for me. His reply was I should get the insurance and tell them I shattered it and pay another $60 for the deductible. He actually has the nerve to tell me that he suggested I get the insudance at purchase. I thought about pointing out to him that what he was telling me to do was fraud against the insurance but since he is willing to lie to a customers face at the point of purchase., I doubted this would bother him. My suggestion is that you go to any other tmoble location out ship online.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL
