Above and beyond customer service! The staff was super friendly and helpful when I contacted them multiple times to fill and then transfer a prescription, only for me to contact them minutes before closing time to ask them to fill the prescription that the larger pharmacy couldn't complete. Fortunately I live across the street and was able to run in quickly. Since it was pain meds for wisdom teeth removal, my son was very appreciative that Medrocs came through before the weekend. Thank you!

First of all, I’m a returning customer with an active refill on a prescription that is hard to come by. One would have thought that they would prioritize their customers and ensure that they had stock for upcoming refills. Apparently, they just want money and are continuing to fill new prescriptions without checking current customer needs. It’s back ordered for three weeks.That’s fine, but then don’t submit it to my insurance saying you filled it. You didn’t. I’m now going on multiple days of trying to get my prescription filled somewhere that actually has it in stock but the insurance won’t let them fill it because you submitted it to them as refilled.

Where do I start? Honestly I have never been so furious with a business. I have been out of my medicine due to manufacturer issues for close to three weeks. I spent 6 hours calling pharmacies to see who had my medicine in stock. Once I spoke to the tech at Medrocs, she assured me that they could get it in within 24 hours. $300 later in having to have my doctor put in the prescription for a different dosage, I called Medrocs to make sure they received the prescription 3 days prior because they never called or texted. She assured me that it would be ready the next day by noon. My husband drives to go get my prescription only to be told that THEY GAVE MY PRESCRIPTION TO SOMEONE ELSE. I call, livid! This monster tells me that they get MILLIONS of calls for this prescription a day (lololololol) and they basically lie and tell everyone they can get it, even though they can only get 5 in at a time. Now I have to spend HOURS of my time to call around and see who can get my prescription. Never once did she say sorry...simply made excuses for disgusting business practices. I will be filing with the board over their unethical practices. This is unacceptable!

Thought my dr sent my prescription to cvs instead they sent it here. Was told it would be next day delivery if I pre paid. I still haven’t gotten my prescriptions - I am on day 3 of waiting.
