As with all vets, they charge insane prices, but they've treated my boy for the last 10 years, and we're not changing.

Always do a great job with my baby Stella. Accommodating to her needs when she’s feeling nervous.

In 2021, was given a vial for a fecal sample and was charged for the parasite test. I brought the sample back in with my animal's annual in 2022. I was given a vial again for the next parasite test and charged $47.03 with no timeline of when I was to bring in the sample. I brought the sample in today with my animal's annual and was charged again, this time $51.37. I was told the vials "expire" in 6 months so they have to charge me and that they are now following their "rules" (but not following them before?). I was never told the "rules" and the vet in 2022 is no longer working there. They will not refund me for the test now. So I have paid for 3 tests but only 2 have been run on my animal. If they don't go over the supposed rules, how are we supposed to follow them?! I'm starting to wonder if they are another money grabbing vet office.

We’ve been customers here for years, but I can finally say that the quality of service and care has diminished. We boarded our dogs for a week or so and came back to pick them up completely dehydrated, having lost 10+ lbs, you can see their skeletal, they are shedding terribly, they act as if they are traumatized. Our dogs have never been clingy to one another, but have literally been sticking leg to leg in everything they do since being home. They won’t sleep alone as they use to before being boarded here. I don’t know what happened to my babies while they were boarded, but it wasn’t good. I don’t believe they were treated too well this go round. My dogs were given vaccines that I clearly told the nurse not to give them yet and that I would bring them back for. We’re taking our dogs to another vet and boarding facility. Their behavior now since their stay is completely abnormal.

You know the staff treats your baby's right when they wag their tails in happiness and freely give kisses to the attendant that came out to greet them. They are well taken care of and it shows! Thank you so much for showing such care!

This is the best Vet in the area, they have been taking care of my Yorkie for 15 years and he loves to stay there when we travel. There is no better care.

I have been trying to make an appointment here for months and all they can keep telling me is “we aren’t accepting new clients right now” but follow it up with “call back next week and we should be”…months later, same response. I took my pets elsewhere.

I have been coming here for over 2 years now with my senior dog. The veterinarians are knowledgeable and communicate well and I appreciate that they take the time to call me and answer any questions I have. However, the front of house and nurses seem to consistently have communication issues. Several times I have had voicemails left about services and care that are not relevant to my pet which makes the nurses appear like they have not even read my pets chart before calling me. We have also had issues where my pet was to receive care while boarding and when I came to collect him, nothing I asked for had been done. In addition, information I give to nurses never seems to make it to the veterinarian and I find myself repeating my concerns to the doctor. The hospital is near my home, competitively priced, and is always able to get us in but I will probably find another vet after our current dog no longer needs care.

Needed to get my dog in quickly due to a grooming incident with his dew claw. I was able to get in the same day and the staff were all so nice. Great group of staff. Everyone was kind and friendly! Will be going back!
