Brought my car bmw 335is for state inspection on a Friday at 5:45 PM. When they brought the car back, whole bumper was detached from both fenders and had about 8" gap. The undertray was almost touching the ground. When I asked what happened, their employee was in panic mode and saying almost 6 PM and we are closing and manager is not here. Leave the car with us and come back tomorrow...I said, I won't trust to leave the car with you guys overnight as within 10 min I was present, you did that major damage. Employee tried to bring it back and put it on the lift and could not fix it. He made the undertray a bit more secure so I can drive home which is less than 4 miles and come back the day after to show it to their manager. Drove slowly home and came back around 8:30 AM. I left the car for them to fix it. I told them just make it like it was when the car arrived at the shop. Manager texted me that car's condition is worse than the night before by looking at shop camera and Saturday is a busy day and they try to do their best. I took few photos the night before when their employee was trying to fix the car. Photos and videos shows the damage is the same. When I went to pick the car around 3 PM, I could not believe my eyes. They tried to attach both corners of bumper to fenders and bumper has a gap of 3 inches all over. Then I noticed they inserted a silver screw from bumper to fender and punched a hole in fender and damaged the fender to secure the bumper. All bumper supports and grills back of bumper were hanging loose and falling apart. When I complained about the fix, Alex the owner said they are not body shop to fix the car. I said I want the car in the same shape as it came to shop. His argument was bumper was previously repaired by zip tie and car is low and needs new bumper. Go get the price of bumper and come back. When I came back on Sunday and told him the cost of new bumper and paint, he said he would only install it...Like I trust them to touch the car. Installation is like $100 and bumper and paint nearly $2000. I see in google review they have done the same to others. Incompetent and negligence staff and rude management can't get better than this. I won't be quiet like others and will do the whole process. complain to BBB, TDLR and small claim so they will get a lesson not to deal with customers this way.

Went in for an inspection. I was in and out in 15mins. I was greeted by one of the techs and they were available to take my car in right away. I went to sit in the waiting room and it was done. I didn't lose much time of my day.

I am a furious first time customer. Worst customer service from Dean “the manager” and he was being nice that’s what he said when he kept going in circles of the damage to my car after an oil change. And I quote I have nice customers that I need to take care of and you’re getting on my nerves” I was done being nice after that comment and when the tables turn he throws a tantrum. Gives me a card of the manager level up from him Alex and the number is the stores phone number. Being a corporate company there’s no accountability. WOMEN BEWARE they will gaslight to make you believe it was your fault. I honestly have so much self guilt that I trusted them with my car. I should have waited to take it my original spot. Never going back. The confrontation with Dean was the cherry on top of this mishap.

Went here to get an inspection done. They were very quick and offered a complimentary car wash as well! Not sure about their other automotive services as of yet.

Went to go get my oil and breaks changed as well as state inspection. I am a broke college kid and they really helped me out with discounts and deals that saved me some money. The staff were super friendly and explained everything in lots of detail, I tend to ask a lot of questions. This place deserves 5 stars because they looked out for the little guy for once, and didn't try to scam him unlike a lot of other places.

RIP OFF ARTISTS they tried to charge me $680 for an alternator when all I needed was a new battery for $150 I have the right place it was your place on Custer 12/23/23

Wash is great, and vacuums provide great suction to clean the hard to reach crevices. Could use some towels for people to use to clean the car.

I have taken my car here for years for oil changes and regular maintenance. Always great customer service and very friendly. I just learned from the owner yesterday that this is a privately owned business and they do all kinds of car repair. So I had them check out my ac while I was there as it recently stopped blowing cold air. They explained what I needed, showed me pics of the corrosion on the condenser and quoted me extremely reasonable pricing. AND I had my car back same day. Very satisfied customer here. Speak to the owners when you go in. They’ll take care of you. Thanks to all of you! I’ll be back.
