I have been a client of Mail America for over 8 years , and I have to tell you that the people that work there are truly great , they are professional and always friendly. Elisa the manager is really professional, and she is so kind to our clients . Thank you for making everyone feel as a valued customer . Love this place! The Owner and staff are always so nice! I have needed a notary to close real estate deals, and they are reasonably priced and incredibly nice. Awesome place!!

I will never go to the post office again! I’m a poshmark seller so mailing packages on a regular basis is a norm.I’ve only ever used mail America as it’s conveniently located near me. I just so happen to have to drop off a package outside of there normal business hours and was forced to go to a post office….. NEVER AGAIN. My experience was awful. I’m used to a personal greeting, drop off my package slip and item and my item be packaged and shipped and booya.The post office made me package and label my own item, no assistance whatsoever. What usually takes 5-10 mins, I was there for over 45 mins. Needless to say, mail America delivers the customer experience! & I will stay loyal and only see them!

Great people, don't push up selling, and best of all, they're not Jeff, the owner of the Eldorado and Virginia UPS Stores. I unfortunately worked for him;stay far away.

Mail America is a wonderful neighborhood mail resource. We mail letters, buy stamps, and ship USPS, UPS, and Fedex packages there. We have also used their fax and notary services. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It is a delight to do business with them.

They charged me extra for a small package. I have been going there for over a year .. shipping different packages… so I know what to expect. I got charged twice today and they won’t do anything about it.

As others reviewers have mentioned, the older male associate that is no longer there was extremely rude and condescending and a big negative to the store. Thankfully he does not appear to work there any longer. The current staff is extremely nice and professional, even during stressful times when many customers come in at once. The brunette lady is always positive and helpful and always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm getting the best price for what I need. The new associate also seems to be getting the hang of it and has been very courteous the 2-3 times I've seen him. This store is conveniently located and has made positive changes this year, I would recommend.

This is my favorite mailing point of service to go to. Except for that very rude ball head man that is no longer there! He was so rude it's absolutely ridiculous. He made coming here so uncomfortable. And to think he was just a regular worker and not the owner ?. Anyways I'm glad he is gone now. You can be sure to experience lovely customer service from there current staff.P.s to the other young man that used to work there, thank you for your services. I wish you all the best in your new endeavors.
