Lowe’s may be Lowe’s, but this location stands out from the rest! So much better-staffed and -stocked than others. Huge shout out to Ethel and Craig who are customer-focused as they seek to resolve situations out of their control. It may be a bit farther to drive, but this is my new favorite Lowe’s!

I'd give zero stars if I could. Purchased a fridge from them a year ago. They wanted me to do financing through them. We'll the fridge they sent was missing parts, had to send it back, they sent a new one but apparently the shipping 3rd party they used never marked that we returned it. There were multiple issues with the financing they promised because of that. AND they had multiple fridges charged to my account now. After multiple "investigations" somehow they still say we have the original fridge. And they charged us a 3rd fridge because of these dumb so called investigations. Left numerous messages and have gone in person to the store to talk to the manager to no avail. I have 3 fridges charged right now and am about to call my lawyer. This is ridiculous.**update.... Called the 1800 number you provided and you escalated the interaction with the store a manger and the district leader. It's been 2 weeks and we still haven't received a call. The leadership in this company is atrocious. You are now stealing thousands from me and are wasting my time. ***

I have been coming to this location for a few years now and my only complaint has been with the same employee over and over again. I believe her name is Lisa, she works as a cashier and lately down at the lumber area check out registers. Lisa is very unprofessional with smacking and popping her gum constantly. The management of Lowe’s should never allow a customer service representative chewing gum and smacking and popping it in front of the customers. I avoid her register at all costs due to the situation and I am considering changing Lowe’s locations due to this fact.Management, please take care of this or I am moving on. Thanks

Wow! Talk about poor customer experience! Ordered a refrigerator on Thursday, was going to be delivered between 8 - 8 on Saturday. At 2:30 (after 6 1/2 hours), I called the store, only to be told that it didn't make it on the truck, so it was going to be delivered Sunday! Received an automated call Saturday at 5:30, saying delivery on Sunday between 8 - 12 noon. I packed the contents of my old fridge into coolers at 8 am. At 10:30, I called for the status, only to be told that it was going to be delivered between 3:30 - 7:30 !!! No notice, no call, no email of the change of time? I went to the store to complain, spoke to the Manager on Duty (R Hitchcock), he looked it up, confirmed delivery sometime between 3:30 - 7:30 and said that he "apologized". THAT'S IT! I wasted all day yesterday, rearranged my schedule for this morning, for an "apology"??? No one could explain why I never got a call or email of ANY of the changes THEY MADE to the delivery schedule.I'll definitely rethink ordering any delivery items from Lowe's in the future!!!

Maybe think about either switching up your staff or paying them a bit more so they actually care about customers time. Today at 11 am we went to this store to purchase a grill. We spotted this grill going for $179 last week, and the display still said the same today. But when we went to buy it, the associate was like, "Nah, it's $379 now." She even took us to her supervisor who was pretty snappy, saying they've changed prices and they haven't gotten around to updating the tags yet. She even told us to go shop elsewhere if we didn't like it! Update your prices quicker so you don't leave us hanging. And maybe remind your team to be a bit friendlier with customers. Remember, you are nothing without your customers! Respect your customer.

Had a fun time at Lowes looking at flowers for my garden. The heat has taken a toll and I wanted some more heat tolerant plants. Stacy helped me pick out some flowers that should do better in the heat and gave me proper instructions on their care and maintenance. Ken the cashier was very friendly. Will be coming back here for all my gardening needs!

If I could give a negative number of stars I would. We came here for supplies since we are moving. Needed a ladder, saw the attached sign and thought, "okay, let's buy one of these because they're on sale". We are moving from 3 hours away, didn't need a new ladder really but decided to buy one due to need. Asked for the discount as advertised RIGHT in front of the ladder picked, just to be told it isn't included. They can be deceptive, then make us check out ourselves, then to be told the discount doesn't apply to THAT ladder of the same brand and we should have looked at the very tiny item numbers to know this. The customer service was UNACCEPTABLE, incredibly rude and unprofessional. No need to be an ass and sarcastic to customers. You're literally standing there watching others check themselves out. And then treat them like idiotic dirtbags. Won't spend another penny in ANY Lowe's for the rest of my existence. Good riddance.

Horrible Customer Experience. I went in to purchase some lumber and on 3 different occasions I checked with customer service and was told that as long as I purchase lumber from the store, they will cut as many pieces as needed, just not too small. I went in today and after spending 2 hours picking up the pieces and went to wood cutting area, I got 4 different versions while standing there. First I was told it will take some time and I was like OK. Second time I was told that I will get only 2 cuts per piece and then it will be 25 cents for each extra cut. I was like this is not what I was told, but OK, fine. Then I was told I need to first pay for my stuff and then they will cut it so I started putting inventory (pieces and quantity) together for the purchase. Then the person comes back saying sorry we cannot do it for all sort of reasons. I wasted like 2 hours first picking lumber and carrying it to cutting area for nothing. When I talked to store manager, he was only making excuses and still nothing to address the issue. Ended up walking out without making the purchase. No doubt the stores are not as crowded as Home Depot because there is no value or importance of customer experience here.

We received some really great help over in the tool department. I wish I would’ve got the gentleman‘s name who helped us out, but he was such a great representative of Lowe’s. He was extremely helpful, and when we couldn’t find the particular item we were looking for, he got onto his phone and told us which location would have it and gave us plenty of options.

I just bought a grill and was charged incorrectly. I went back in for a refund and i believe the gal who helped me was named Jolie. She was working customer service up front. She was very apologetic, extremely helpful, and seemed to be the most knowledgeable employee there. I saw other employees who seemed to he superiors even consulting her for direction! If somebody in management reads this, she absolutely deserves a promotion or a raise. I had more than a couple other employees at this location who were pretty rude, but Jolie made up for them all. I truly hope you reward her accordingly.

can never get help at this Lowes, going to start avoiding it. You can ask to have someone called, set off alarms on merchandise just to get attention and nothing.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Customer service!I ordered 10 bags of top soil which cost approx 27$ including tax on Saturday (2 days ago from today). Me and my husband went to pick it up curbside on the same day but after checking in, they took too much time and no one was helping us. So we went away without picking up thinking we will cancel this and buy from somewhere else. We bought it from Walmart. And then we got the text/email saying that thank you for picking up from Lowe’s. We tried calling them immediately to let them know that we didn’t. But the phone never got directed to right person to talk to! I tried like 5-6 times. Then I went to the store today to let them know but the associate tells me that they can’t do anything about it because it’s already been few days since this happened and they don’t have a way to see if we picked up or not. It was such a small amount, for that she went to talk to the manager when I told her I need to see the manager. First, they have this horrible company policy of releasing the item before they handed the item to the customer. And then she was continuously trying to tell me that it’s my fault that after checking in, I didn’t picked up the item when they were taking too much time to load it in my car. No APOLOGY at all!!! She was behaving like she is doing me a favor by giving the soil bags to me now.This is the second time I faced bad service. 2-3 months ago I bought a BOSCH refrigerator from Lowe’s, the person in appliance was very rude when I was asking him questions about the purchase.So, I am NEVER ever shopping at Lowe’s again!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this Lowe’s location! Lowe’s has been our go-to store for over 20 years for all of our home improvement needs, but the customer service has really deteriorated. We purchased an oven and microwave with delivery and installation during the Memorial Day weekend and were looking forward to having our new appliances installed within a few weeks. However, it has now been almost 7 weeks and, despite paying in full, we have yet to see the appliances. We have received numerous calls about missing orders, the order not being found in the system, items becoming back-ordered, or being told to come pick up the order. Just to be clear, we paid for the measurements, installation, and both appliances in full! Calling the store to speak to someone has been worthless. I have even gone to the store twice and received empty promises that we would receive calls to schedule the installation. I asked to speak with the store manager, but to no avail. I am at a loss for what to do, but we ended up with over $3k in charges. When you are shopping for new appliances, please consider going to Costco or Home Depot instead. We don't want you to end up with thousands of dollars in charges and no merchandise. What a scam it has been!
