Placed an online order for a carbon monoxide/smoke detector yesterday. We picked it up and drove home. When we opened the box, we were surprised to find a dirty, used unit. It’s 2024 and this detector shows it was manufactured in 2015. I can’t believe this Lowe’s gives people used products. Disgusting!

Started off as a great experience, purchased a new washer, dryer, and fridge in store. Set up delivery for a week later. Fridge was not put on the delivery order so I was told they would have to refund the $1140 for the 1st fridge and I’d have to buy it again to set it up for delivery, okay no problem… then they proceed to charge $1399 for the identical fridge? Make that make sense…

I worked this store for three years. Store was awesome when Wallace was store manager. Then they hired this young asm oh he was a prick very arrogant and very selective if you catch my meaning. Then a new asm Brian I believe OHHHH BRIAN BRIAN BRIAN I KNOW WHAT YOU DID WHEN I LEFT THAT DAY. It’s okay since then the store went down hill. All I can say is I prayed about and Brian guess what you’ll be walked out pretty soon too. Everyone else is awesome MANAGEMENT JUST SEEKS RETALIATION A LOT.

Terrible experience with Lowe’s once again… this time we pull in at 7:30 only for the door to be locked yet the windows show 7:00 opening time. Walked to the non construction entrance to have an old gentlemen standing there with the door locked not letting customers in.. then tried to yell thru the door they don’t open until 8. When the window states 7:00am. Was letting other customers in by denied us access.. will now be only shopping at HD!

Clueless team and HOT. THEY DON'T TURN ON THEIR 80 AC SO IT'S EFFECTIVELY ABOUT THE SAME AS IT IS OUTSIDE. Makes for a miserable shopping experience particularly when having to run all over the store

Run as fast as you can away from this store. My wife tried to get cabinets for one of our rental properties. I assumed the cabinet person would make sure to take care of her. Don't trust them. cabinets were 9 inches too short. I called multiple times with no response. Then started calling asking for a manager and they would not transfer me to one. I ended up going to the store, met with 2 managers that assured me that this would be fixed. A week goes by and nothing. Ended up going back to the store and speaking with another manager. He said he would fix it. Another week goes by and hear nothing. Additionally, when they installed the cabinets, They did so without have the countertop and told the tenants they would be without be installed in 3-4 weeks. Again, emailed the manager, and he said there was nothing he could do. Do youself a favor, go somewhere else for cabinets! The managers take no ownership. At one point, it was a good store.

Ordered mulch, they canceled my order because they don’t have it but the website shows they do and can make an order but store will not honor nor you can get a rain check.

Checkout person was very rude. Spoke to manager. He was very helpful. It's a military veteran and
long time customer I felt very insulted by the rude treatment of your sales person.
