Lowe's needs to review it's policy on split/damaged cases. I needed to buy only 3 ceiling tiles. Lowe's does not split cases, I understand that. However, there were damaged/open cases in the same shelf as whole cases with two stacks of individual tiles. I asked if they could sell 3 of the single tiles. The associate could not determine where the original case was and several were damaged. After about 20 minutes of asking different associates a lead/supervisor offered to give me a 20% discount off the price of a full case, $57.98. with the discount it comes to $46.38 so that equates to $15.46 per tile. At $57.98 for 16 tiles (number per case) I would have paid $3.62...Really? The associate in charge said she couldn't sell them separately. So your policy is to charge 5X more for individual items broken out of a case by an inconsiderate shopper because you don't have a "product code" for single items, rather than being a bit fair and selling them for a better discount. Ironically, thinner tiles in the same area sold in both cases and individually but that wasn't the type I needed. I see where your heart lays and it isn't for the customer, sad, very sad.
Please do not respond with a canned statement about how you care about customers or how polices have to be followed...it's all about the money.
I'm betting around the time a quarterly or annual inventory takes place, you'll have them in the clearance aisle for a reasonable price.

Been going here for years and always had good service, but I guess they did away with checkout people. Had no choice but to ring up my own stuff. Won't be going back or using my Lowes card anymore.

I had measurements completed for carpet and windows. I came in to buy both, but no one available in the store knew how to do the transactions in their computer system. Looks like a wasted hour, another drive back in my future (with no guarantees), and a delay to my project. I don’t blame the kind employees who tried to help, but it is a very frustrating and disappointing experience. The store should be managed such that basic transactions can be conducted during business hours.

Just left Lowe’s where Jb helped my mother and I get some vanities and a ceiling fan! He was over the top helpful and attentive. Iv never been to Lowe’s and had an experience as pleasant as this one!

Worst experience with customer service
We brought tractor to cut the grass and belt flipping of all the time and replaced belt 4 times
We requested for return and they suggested to return to any store
So we rent U haul and get them into truck and take to store
Store folks simply said ok to return and later they said that we cannot take return without any reason
We spent almost 5 hrs to get all the stuff to return store

I visited this location to get help with a paint project I was working on and although I was acknowledged and greeted in a timely manner, just wasn't pleased with the level of service I received and felt like more could have been done to accommodate what I was trying to do, wasn't a problem at my next stop. Other than that everything was great. Employees were friendly, smiling, and knowledgeable and store was clean and organized.

I am happy to acknowledge two employees at Lowes McKinney. The first is Connie at the Customer Service desk. She was patient and kind, even though there was a long line, and went out of her way to take care of exchanges, refunds, etc. The other employee is Chris out in Lawn and Garden. Chris helped me find my fertilizer spreader that I was looking for, and even helped me compare the different ones to which one might be right for my needs. Both employees were awesome with me and my needs! Thanks Connie and Chris!

There are two employees at Lowes that went above and beyond to help me and my family! The two are "Q" and Tammy! I was looking for something and both were a great help in locating my items. They both took me to find my items rather than point in the general direction. Most of the time people are so very quick to write negative reviews but never write how great people are. Here ya go "Q" and Tammy, you guys are great and Lowes McKinney is lucky to have both of you!
