Best all around! We bought locally when living in McKinney and now we have it shipped to FL. Matt and their team are great and the variety of Wagyu and other grass-fed cuts are excellent. Their bbq class is highly recommended if still available.

Amazing butcher shop. Great additional products. Amazing sourdough, delicatessen and the staff super helpful and friendly. Love this place.
