I appreciate my son's case Manager "Connor Dugall", he is a high integrity personnel that you can trust with your youth.Mr. Connor built-up a caring great leadership role model for my son. My son would always wait by window or door, for Connor to arrive to go to supervised youth sessions. Connor is an angel at lifepath Systems, he is most definitely an asset to the company for their youth services. I appreciate Connor making sure my son had a ride to every youth event and the entire summer events also. If Connor could not pick my son up for events, he made sure he set up another ride for him. I wish nothing but happiness for you always!!!!!!!!!!!!Mr. Connor , Warm Wishes to you this holiday season!!!!

If I could I would not give any stars I have been using them 2 year now and have not had a positive experience doctors not really concerned for the patients and most of there funds go to trying to keep the place running always changing case manager and no one take accountability for there actions better to go see a real doctor then waste your time here there only after government funds. If I could I would not have given any stars!!!

On hold now to talk to a supervisor for 16 minutes because she doesn't know how to run insurance? People could commit suicide waiting for someone to do there JOB!!!!!!!

This is a poorly run place. Front desk tried to contact a manager for a scheduling issues but nobody was found after 20 minutes. I was talking to someone in the waiting room and they said they were waiting there for hours just to get their medications. Go find somewhere else. People may get hurt or worse coming to this place.

Was called for an interview and scheduled a date, called for directions the day before, and HR (Kaylyn) said that one of the supervisors did not follow up, so she rescheduled for another date. On that day I called her to let her know I was about 10minutes late because I took the qorng exit and she let me know she had to reschedule again because of the supervisor not showing up again and then she said being late wasn't good character? After I was rescheduled twice and the supervisor wasn't there at all? Wow people these days are so ignorant and insensitive. Glad I didn't get a job there...just wow?

I went in and explained why I was seeking help and was helped immediately and without question. Spoke to three separate people and every one of them was beyond nice, listening to every single thing I had to say even if it didn’t pertain to my reason for visiting.

I had a very bad experience with one of the front desk receptionists on the behavior and health side she is very rude she came and took some markers from my 3 year old son for no apparent reason and when I asked her why she said she would find him some crayons to color with I waited for about 10 mins and she wasn't doing anything I said if your not gonna get him the crayons to color with could you at least let him have the markers back she said you can go sit down and I will get them I said no I will wait here and then she went and got them alls I'm saying is that if you are gonna work at a front desk you should have a certain type of temperament that this lady lacked. Other than thatthe counselors are very nice and attentive I can call at any time or text my sons counselor which is very convenient.

I love LifePath Systems. They work tirelessly to help the community in any way possible. 24/7. They always put the client first. They are creative and always looking for a way to say “yes” when someone needs help. Full disclosure, yes I did used to work there but when I talk about it to my colleagues in the mental health field now, they’re always like, “are you sure you don’t just want to go back to working there?” Lol, maybe someday! But I would send my loved on to LifePath Systems without any worry. Wonderful organization!

Disappointing, there is a lot of administrative work which seems unnecessary and still not mental help services are done. It seems that their priority is to send people away or to have them to come back over and over, even for things that can be done over the phone such to get insurance ID number. It is obvious they want to get off work early. Family member went there but never got treatment. Then tried one more time and went through all the processing requirments, after 6 visits which each took hours never got an appointment to see a counselor, therapy or services. When repetitively asked about getting an appointment to get mental care help, finally we were told that there is a long waiting list of 1 to 2 months. The lack of supervising and management is evident. One wonders how the County resurces and mony are been used.

Main desk answer phones? They don't after 4pm. Good caseworker Kristin left, & I got Cory. Can't get ahold of him. Left messages last week. Same with another gal. Being considerate & well mannered must mark you out for last place. You're a chump & get nothing. If you can't be bothered say so. We aren't packages of cold meat. Like your hearts.

A bunch of lethargic mean spirited people who have no intention of helping anybody. I have no idea how these people even obtained a counseling license. I live in Grayson county and didn’t know I couldn’t use this service unless I lived in Collin. Instead of telling me that as soon as I turned in my paper work so I could actually go get the appropriate help they said nothing and made me wait 45 minutes for no reason then sent me in to this counselor that was both rude and condescending- didn’t even look me in the eye once. Then.. after about an hour and a half they finally told me I have to leave and go to another clinic. I wasted time, and money on transportation that I don’t have and now I’m in a worse situation that I was in beforehand. I’m disgusted.

This is a review aimed at Jenna Stephens, the head of substance abuse for Lifepath. This woman, I have deemed though it matters absolutely none, nevertheless, the level of unprofessional, almost insulting; moreover, downright juvenile behavior from this woman is unacceptable. Granted I had provided some level of skepticism. Doesnt excuse the fact that she has created a personal vendetta against my recovery. When I have made more than enough effort to show that I am willing to go to any lengths to right the wrongs, and excel in my recovery. She still refused to allow me to re enter into the best possible program that fits my schedule. Its absolutely ridiculous, recovery agencies, and or organizations like this, are in place to grant second chances, third chances, and on and on. This leads me to believe that she herself has not EVER been in recovery herself, nor has any idea of alll of the trial and error that it consists of. Therefore has no place being the position she is in. I was enrolled in the MAT OBOT program for six months, granted the program consists of counseling, and I attended none. It was not until 4 months in before she ever made any contact with me to try and set it up for me. Nor any contact was made prior to arrange ANY kind of appointments. Now, I have been released from a 5 day detox, and the only program fitting my current work schedule, would be the program I was previously enrolled in. I have made appearances, made a valiant effort to show her that I am more than willing to try again in full compliance with the program. She is unyielding in this refusal to allow me to re enter into the program.I find this to be most insulting, not only myself, but multiple other employees of both homeward bound, and lifepath itself have stated that her behavior is unreasonable, and unprofessional. I can understand her skepticism, do to the fact I was not in compliance the first time, however, it doesnt excuse the personal vendetta shes displaying against my recovery. Now overall, I am very grateful or Lifepath, they have helped me make strides in my recovery Ive never made before. Special thanks to Mrs.Lisa, and Mrs. Kim Cole, for all of there help and all the accolades be to them for their help!!

I am constantly running out of my medications, and they never send in the refills. I go to all my appointments. I do all the things I'm supposed to do, and they don't do what they are supposed to do. I call up there, and they say they'll get back to me, and send messages to my Prescriber, but I never hear back. I am currently out of all of my medications and I still am not hearing anything back from them. This is a consistent problem with them that I hear about from other patients as well. If you can afford to go somewhere else, you should. I can't afford anywhere else, and I'm just stuck being 'non med compliant' because I am literally not given my medications.
