I’ve been to Legacy Grooming 2 times now and they have done a wonderful job on my Sheepadoodle!! They have given him the exact grooming style I have asked for. They are so friendly, professional and their services are definitely reasonably priced for what you get. Recommend!

Great experience. We bring our dog in every other month or so. Legacy is always able to get our dog in. The service is great and FAST! In and out in a couple hours.

They did so well with my first dog. He was a little aggressive, he was a rescue. I couldn't take him anywhere else because as soon as he showed his teeth people weren't comfortable. They knew how to handle him. I been coming here for about 6 years and I don't trust anyone else. Now they take care of my sheapadoddle and I couldn't be happier with them. Highly recommend!

I'm writing this review 2 weeks after taking my babies to this place. I was hesitating to write a review since my bf really liked the staff. I thought they were very nice my first visit. I just can't let it go. Second time they did a horrible lion cut with on my cat. I asked for haircut not a lion haircut. They also cut too deep in his tail. He had a big spot where his skin was peeled, and he was bleeding. When I called to let the owner know my concern, he said my cat has allergies and skin infection. Over the 8 yrs my cat has not have any allergies or skin infection. What was most frustrating was that he didn't mention anything about it when I picked him up only when I called. I didn't notice it until I got home. I just find it unprofessional to use an excuse and not take responsibility. Just be careful taking ur furr babies here. Don't get fooled how nice they can appear to be. I'm taking them somewhere else.

We love Legacy Pet Grooming! We have used them for many years now. My dog is super
anxious and he is like a totally different dog here! They treat my dog with so much love and kindness. His cuts always look so handsome!

Used to bring my dog for a nail trim a few times, and it was always ok. This time tried calling and setting an appointment for a full grooming and the male employee over the phone gave quite an attitude, he didn’t want to give me any information about their availability until I had the rabies vaccine in front of my eyes (and yes, that’s exactly what he asked me). You shouldn’t require to have a vaccination in front of the customer just to give information about general availability. One star for the attitude and I’ll take my business elsewhere going forward.

Pet Safety Concern - Legacy Pet Grooming (McKinney)
On Wednesday, June 12th, we took our 9 pound Maltese/Papillion to be groomed, and when done, he was severely traumatized. While he was very energetic when dropped off, he was hiding in the corner on the floor under a work station when I arrived to pick him up (yes, he was loose on the floor). I was told by the owner that he's going to be "stiff and sore, but he will be OK the next day." I've never been told that from any other groomer we've ever used. Why would he be stiff or sore? I could tell right away that something was wrong with our pet, and within 10 minutes, he got sick and was shaking. He has only slept since he came home and won't eat. I'm concerned that he was given something while he was there or mistreated so badly to cause this trauma. Thirty-six hours later, he's finally eating some and walking again, but not back to normal.
Has anyone else had this happen to their Pet and believed the owner that said it is normal for pets to be "stressed, stiff, sore" following a simple grooming? This is unacceptable. I've yet to find a groomer that states this is normal.
See the before and after videos below and tell me that nothing happened. And to think, I paid more than $70 + tip for them to do this to our pet. Never Again.

Easy to make an appointment and friendly people working at this place, place looks clean and quality of work is great. Our dog seems to be comfortable going to this place as well. Little pricey but I think overall worth for dog to feel comfortable and clean.
