This location has the rudest employees. If they don’t like their job, they need to do something else. They refused our services because my doctor did not include “DX code” on the paperwork. She then proceeded to say “these doctors know better” and told me they won’t accept this and come back with complete paperwork. Never going back to this location.

Had my blood drawn on the May 29th. I was told the blood type results would be available by June 3rd. I have been to trying to reach out to them but in vain. The first time they drew my blood, they contaminated it and no test could be run and this is the second time. This is the last lab you want to go to!
Update,
June 16th, the results are not back yet. I called the customer care and they told me to contact my physician but they have not sent over anything to my physician yet. Can you believe this?

I had an appointment, arrived and checked in by phone, only to go inside and find the place was closed. An email or call would have been nice considering people may drive a good distance away.

Don't ever come to this LabCorp unless you enjoy hot, cramped, standing room only spaces like a Tokyo subway car. Had an appointment made several days in advance and still waited for an hour.

I actually had great service, made my appt online and even though the waiting room was full, I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. My request was via my doctor and not an employee

If i could give 0 i will for this horrible place. They overbook and have less staff making us wait for more than hour standing there. Technician and front desk Rita such a ridiculous and rude person. She talks and responds so rude with everyone dont understand reason. She inserted needle to me as if she is murdering a person. So rude and caused lot of pain to me. When i am struggling and almost crying she did not even care to ask if i am ok. Now i am in lot of pain with my left arm. If something happen to me i am going to sue labcorp

Go somewhere else if you can. Appt set for 9:00 and they didn't get to me until 1hr 15 min later.
Women there had very bad attitudes as well.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced rude and disrespectful. Front desk spoke loudly about what test I was running to the point ppl in the waiting room could hear her violating HIPPA. The person who drew my blood literally ignored me when I asked how she was doing and was making friendly small talk. The whole experience was awkward and uncomfortable- it’s sad that this is what healthcare is becoming.

None of the online check-in stations or email links work. Also doesn’t seem to matter if you have an appointment or not; you still wait behind everyone else that just walked in. Nothing in the email tells you how to find the place in a huge hospital complex. But they are very busy, and they know you have no choice, so they have no incentive to fix any of these things. They got all the fancy marketing photos and blurbs online, and know that the doctors never see the reality. If you can, ask your doctor to use a different company.

If i have a chance i would rate it negative.staff are very rude.went for blood work for my infant, as she was crying i was trying to comfort her, but the staff were so rude and she shouted at me to stop diverting the baby.Worst experience.No empathy at all.The waiting area is so small and appointments are very high.I wouldn't recommend anyone

Go somewhere else. Worst location, crowded, dirty and understaff. Get ready to wait for hours if you chosen this location for any test.

The receptionist is so rude to patients and purposely put someone jnfront of me in the queue because I asked for my place in line. Also shouted at other patients

Receptionist is rude and didn’t want to help me. I got there 10 min before they close for a test, I couldn’t check in and was waiting for help. I waited for 15 min to get her to help me coz she was busy but she said that I cannot get tested anymore because I didn’t check in on time because they do not do company drug test after 1:30. So I had to leave and come back after 2 hours. I came back and checked in and waited for 30+ min and my name was not called at all. I went to check with her, she said that I needed to check with her because my check in didn’t go through since it’s a company drug test!
And now I have been waiting for an hour after checking in with her and still didn’t get called even tho everyone after me got tested. I wasted my whole and only day off during the week! Such a horrible service

Rita at the front desk has been repeatedly rude to myself and numerous patients within the hour I have been waiting. Walk in to a very over crowded room, waiting for her to acknowledge us. I quickly emailed the orders to her and waited after 30min after our appointment time I got back in line to ask her if she got the email, she complained about being on hold and dealing with me. So then we continued to wait and watch as many patients were upset with the lack of care they were getting and several were sent away after a hour of waiting because she didn't ask them for supporting documents for the appointment at the time of check in and some people just left because of the wait time. So here we are a hour after our appointment time finally getting my sons labs done.

Honestly none of the nearby locations have good reviews so I was super hesitant to even choose a location based on reviews but I went to this one and it was fine! Enjoyable even…. for blood draws, which is hard to do.
The receptionist was super friendly and the phlebotomist was too. Sure I had a bit of a wait with an appointment but I feel like that’s fair and should be expected. It’s a lab in a hospital. They’re busy.
Making an appointment online was easy, they had all my info when I arrived, and it was as painless as it could be.
