The front desk was very efficient and friendly. Bianca took my blood and felt no stick. Yea!!! She was also very nice. I had my doubts at first after reading reviews but changes must have been made ( fir the better). I would recommend this to all

I went to get an employee drug screening today and the lady with the Braids in the blue scrubs was so rude. She was laying on a couch in one of the rooms. I expressed how bad I had to urinate. She remained on the couch. When asked to take me in (by the lady at the front counter) she didn’t open the door for me, she didn’t let me speak or ask questions, she threw the blew tablet into the toilet standing in the door and failed to give me proper instructions. She was very rude! I guess I interrupted her on the clock lounge session. Never returning here.

Arrived after 1pm as it says on website. Sign on the door the says office closed until 1:30pm. Effective Nov. 2023. Tons of people waiting to get in. Why are hours not updated on website?

Happy and thankful mom. I had a very great first time experience here. The employee at the window, I think I heard her name was Michelle, was very kind and helpful to everyone that came, from what I witnessed. There was a good amount of people waiting and people kept walking in. They were busy.
I forgot the paper copy with the lab orders for my 9 month old son. I had a picture of the order form in my phone from my husband. Michelle provided me with a fax number and email I could send the picture to. I know it can be frustrating when people forget to bring the order form for the labs to be drawn. I appreciated Michelle being professional and nice to me about it. I didnt receive any tone that made me feel "dumb" (because I did feel that way already for forgetting the orders and didn't have time to go back home). Luckily my husband got there in time with the paper copy (which they prefer) and I was able to hand that over. She did receive the email I sent with the picture too, but I was glad to have the paper copy to hand over.
Niomi was the one who drew my son's blood. She was very nice. She took her time to check both arms before proceeding with the blood draw. I've been told my son's veins run deep and thankfully I was able to inform Niomi. She didn't dimiss me and continued to feel and agreed they were deep. She asked for assistance to hold his arm and I appreciated it. I was ready to help assist with holding him and holding his arm the best I could but I was thankful she asked one of the other employees there to assist. One poke and it was a success. This mama was relieved. No parent, esp the kiddo, enjoys getting their child's blood drawn. I know it's not a guaranteed every time they'll get it on the first try but I was VERY thankful they did.
Thank you everyone at this location today (4/3/24). You guys were all great and I appreciate you!

I've had to come back to this place twice because they didn't care for the samples correctly... don't waste your time. Go to another location.

They don't answer the phones and apparently they break 2 hours for lunch, not 12-1 as the website states.

Called 10 tomes trying to get an answer to a question, kept getting an automated message that their office was closed even though they weren’t closing for 10 minutes.

They need to update their open times on google. They have a paper at the door but the online hours are wrong. They are open till 12:30 PM and open back at 1:30 PM.

I will never again use this location! Almost 10 days I am dealing with getting a test result and still never got it! Impossible to contact them and talk to anyone. Phone menu is not helpful. I sent them several emails and only getting automatic replies that they got my inquiry, but no reply about the test resutls. Looks to me the lost the test I paid $340 from my pocket. Very frustrated with this facility and the way they run their business, they don't even deserve 1 star

A couple of days ago I went to get labs done. I checked into the mobile app and got confirmation but it did not work. When I got my blood drawn the lady said "oops" as she got the wrong vein. What I mentioned was not to big of a fuss to write a review over. However, I needed a employee drug (urine) test for my new job. I scheduled online over 24 hours in advance for the test. I get there and the lady says "our bathroom is not working." The website should not allow you to schedule that test if it is not available or suggest an alternative location. I was never notified and wasted my time. Overall, very unprofessional place with lack of communication I assume other locations are better, but I would not recommend this one.

i really appreciate the way a person can reserve their appointment time online. It makes for a smoother, more efficient process of patient care. Kylie and Linda were great. They had to take more time with me because i was not hydrated enough, so my veins weren’t cooperating. Linda finally found a good supply point on my right hand.
Next time i plan on being better prepared. Thank y’all for your patience & persistence.
I went to LabCorp in November ‘23. The same efficient method was in place, and Sarah was awesome! She found a good vein in less than a minute, and she had my blood drawn just as quick. I hope all my subsequent visits have the same results as this one.

Painless experience. The phlebotomist was skilled and chatty. Wait time less than 10 mins with appointment.

When I came in for walk in, the lady said no walk-ins because they already have enough patients. I have tried to call and left message to check if walks in is available. No one picked up call or return call. Website says no appointments are needed. They should change the office time to 1100 or 1000 am to close the clinic at 1200 rather than making us come from far. The company should keep their office hours from 8-12 pm as they say rather than employees make their own office hours or decides when to stop taking patients.
