I started in this place this month I paid my subscription on August 13 and on August 26 They take more money from my bank now I call to ask what happens with my money and they just say we will return the call something that was not paid twice a month it's crazy

Amazing staff great general manger it’s a little further but it’s so worth it instead of going to the other one in McKinney the lights little dim in gym. The men’s locker is amazing the staff looks like it’s always taking care of things and always seems like they are cleaning up and maintaining like they should and very appreciative for that. Thank you for everything and amazing staff. Really great gym. I do wish for some things that this place doesn’t have shake sum and would like to have a sauna and hot tub but the staff and well maintaining stuff and cleanliness makes it okay that they don’t have the sauna and hot tub.

This facility is slowly getting less and less clean over the last 12 months. The pool is filthy, the back areas are riddled with dead crickets smeared on the ground. The equipment is not kept clean.

Good gym, but lacking quite a bit of basic equipment. Rowing machines are not well maintained and ropes, etc often go missing. Kettle bells are reserved for private training area, which is very frustrating. Much better equipment for floor work at the Coit and George Bush location. This location could definitely use a 2000 square foot expansion, but it's decent once you figure out your routine.

Derrick the assistant general manager was horrendous. I have never spoke to a more unprofessional employee ever! Commented about my weight and said other derogatory names towards me. Do not go to this gym!

I’ll give it a 3 ? only thing to improve on is the drinks are pretty bad choices n there’s no snacks like other locations along with no sauna but other then that it’s spot on

This gym smells horrible. The manager of the facility is extremely rude and acts like he’s superior to members. This location needs to do some serious work. Others in McKinney are way better.

I cancelled my membership as of today
LA fitness want to charge you $88 to start $20 to bring a person and if you want to do out-of-state it's an extra $100 on top of that just to work out they only have about 729 clubs... And the lady at the desk had the nerve to call my phone while I was working out and told me I had to leave or pay her $10
I looked into planet fitness they have a 4000 clubs 24-hour access 24.00 a month and you bring an extra person for free or you can do in-state for $10 a month... It only cost you $1 to start

Great onboarding experience with Hayden and very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. I was very pleased to see machines of every type open and available. As part of the membership startup experience, I received an extensive coaching experience with Olympian Bryce, who is as well versed in nutrition as he is exercise. He was super easy to communicate with and able to cater my workout plan to my specific needs. I'm looking forward to jumping into my fitness plan!

This place has been charging me for 2 years on an old credit card after repeatedly going in and asking to be canceled. They have stolen $2000, and of course "there is no record" of our multiple in person and phone call requests. Do NOT do business here!

I recently visited this fitness center and was thoroughly impressed. The space is large and well-organized, with a wide variety of machines to cater to all fitness needs. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The environment is positive and motivating, enhanced by great music that keeps you energized throughout your workout. Additionally, the gym is impeccably clean, and the overall ambiance makes it a fantastic place to exercise.

Was very nice , lots of room but when we wanted to use the pool there were lots of kids in there playing . Do they have to have memberships ? We pay money for these features . Sad that all these little kids seem to be taking over the pool .
