I took my 2016 Acura RDX for oil change and tire rotation service at Kwik Kar at Craig Ranch and was pleasantly surprised by their efficient and quality customer service. I will be using this facility for all of my car service in the future!

I brought in older truck I drove to donate to my parent's home since they no longer drive. It had sudden electrical issue rendering the vehicle unsafe to drive, surging fuel, weak power immediately after OBDII device from Autozone was placed on the vehicle. Was told 90 minutes of troubleshooting for $180 and 3 days later was sent a link/estimates/photos of problems (shocks, muffler) that I was already aware of and no troubleshooting of the electrical system at all. I was told the vehicle was drivable and was given the keys since they were closing for the night. Barely made it 1 mile away into garage. I left to return to CA and recently returned to TX. I will be writing owner and asking for my money back. Every issue in the estimate was FREE advice from previous oil change, tire replacement shops from owning the vehicle over 20 years. Stay clear.

I went in for my state inspection and was in and out in around 15-20 minutes! Everyone was so nice. This is my first car that I’ve owned/had to do the maintenance type stuff by myself and it was a great experience
