They lock the doors at 7:40pm one side. Not end of world but annoying when you go in a door and cant leave same way.. Saw multiple people trying to go in and just turn around and leave. No outside signage and all the lights are still on.. Not my normal store, wont be my occasional store either..

Clean grocery supermarket with variety of options and deals. The produce is fresh and the bakery section is having wide variety of items. The staff is courteous and checkout is quick. The meat section and cheese sections provide fresh items. Ample parking outside and have a fuel pump station.

Tried to return an item to the store. I have never been through so many changes trying to return an item to a major grocery store. Carol lied and said that the item had to be less than $10 or $20...she wasn't sure and it was clear that she was making lies up as the minutes past. I asked for a manager and Art arrived and provided contradictory information. Although the policy online is clear, he spewed out information that was contrary to the policy. When asked for his supervisor, he didn't know the number to his own store. Dan Johnson please contact me because you have real incompetency in your store.

I visited the Kroger store 1801 N Lake Forest Dr, McKinney, TX 75071 recently, and I was appalled by the unprofessional behavior of one of the employees. An older gentleman with all white hair, named Syed, who works at the self-checkout lanes near the vending machine, spends his entire shift monitoring and buying up Pokemon products from the machine. This isn't just a quick glance—he's actively purchasing items during work hours, right in front of customers, which seems like a clear conflict of interest and misuse of his position.
To make matters worse, I overheard him approaching people who were checking the vending machine, offering to sell them products he had just acquired. It's blatant scalping: hoarding limited-stock items meant for customers and then trying to flip them for profit. And if that's not enough, he gets visibly angry and confrontational if you manage to snag something before he does—like he's entitled to it all. This kind of behavior ruins the shopping experience for everyone, especially families or collectors looking for a fair chance to buy these popular items. The store management needs to address this immediately—employees shouldn't be allowed to exploit their access like this. I won't be returning until this is fixed, and I advise others to shop elsewhere if they're after trading products. One star—disappointing and unethical.

Kroger Marketplace is always a great shopping experience! The store is clean, organized, and well-stocked with everything from fresh produce to household essentials. The staff is friendly, helpful, and quick to assist whenever you need something. I love the wide selection of quality brands and the convenience of finding groceries, home goods, and even clothes all in one place. Definitely my go-to spot for weekly shopping!

Avoid at all cost!!!Dr called in my prescription 2 days ago. Called to check on it yesterday and the automated system said I have no prescription to be filled. Called the Dr. to confirm he sent it and yes he did.I tried calling the pharmacy... good luck with that! They never answer they hang up or put you to voice mail. Had to go there to find out they are in the process of filling it and it would be 30 minutes. Thank god it's not a medicine I would die without. To many other pharmacies in McKinney that would be grateful to have my business.

I had a issue with a machine in their store and the managers I talked to where very helpful to me but one of their employees at the front was an older women was very rude ,ignored me and didn’t care to help me with my problem at all and also gave a rude remark to my boyfriend.in my opinion I will not be shopping here anymore because of her very rude employee she shouldn’t be working in a job like this if she’s gonna be disrespectful
