Make sure you check the expiration dates on the products you buy. Saw some products that were 10+ days past their sell by date still on the shelf. Date and rotate.

Jennifer, in the meat dept, is a blessing to your company. I am always happy if I see she is working because she is super attentive, efficient, and has great customer service skills. She has raised the bar back there. If ever you have to give her a raise to keep her, do not hesitate! She is worth every penny.
