Just tried to buy strawberry syrup....it rang up 3x what the price that was listed. Mr pib was double.....I put my stuff at the first self check out and told the woman prices were not correct. I want nothing and walked out. Scam someone else....now at Walmart across the street. Their prices are what the sign says and still cheaper than Kroger.

Not even sure which location I got my delivery order from, but I was given expired honey buns. I got one for me and my mom and both of them expired on June 6th. It’s June 25th today. I could see mold growing on the bottom of both of them. Disgusting and just shows you how lousy American stores are with their food. I’m satisfied to see other bad reviews of this place.

Have gone several times for specific item. And always out. Call and they say they have some showing in system. They really need to update their system so they can get the product in. I have told staff their but they never seem to do anything about it. They just check in back and none. Tell me they have order coming on but never get any.

Produce (mainly fruit) is often over ripe or moldy. Staff is friendly but self checkout staff can be inattentive

I went into this particular Kroger to do my registration because I've done it there before. I had already been waiting for 30 minutes because they were fixing an error that they had already done to someone else. By the time I got up there they ran my registration and said they had no record of it. I get sometimes these things happen but I asked him if they could look again being that I'd done it there before. He then proceeded to tell me what "you may have done it here before but it's not here now SIR and bowed up like he was some tough guy. No apology or anything, just rudeness. This Kroger has gone so far down hill. Go to the signature store up the street.

I called the bakery department on Friday, May 10th to order a last minute graduation cake. I talked to Annette and she was the best! She is very friendly and helpful. I called this morning and had to change the pickup time, again, very pleasant. Thank you, Annette for being fantastic!

I am a customer of this store but now I am dissatisfied because for a year and a half every three to four days I go and buy flowers and now my experience is not pleasant. They are of very poor quality, they are not fresh, they are wilted, my purchases will change direction.

Went to this store to get some mac and cheese cups, and they were all expired. They had expired back in 2022! I took them all to a lady at the front, and she didn’t seemed concerned.

For some reason this location is always lean on fresh produce. They did have one cashier today and produce was being stocked.

Do not get sushi from this location. I've come here 3 times and gotten the sushi. The first time it was okay so I went again, just to get really old sushi. So old that the wasabi was brown, but i was in a rush, so i didn't check. I gave it another try today because surely that was a one-off occasion. It was not. Every plate on the shelf was old. I still got it because it wasn't as brown as the other time, but boy do I regret it. Have you ever had rice that wasn't fresh? I hadn't, until now. Hard rice, smelly food. Do better.
