the little boy at amazon returns section needs to learn a little bit more in customer service before getting a job in retail. i get you may need some extra funds during the holidays, but don't forget to check your ugly attitude at the door. i'm happy to say i'll never be back to this store, not even worth any coupon or kohls cash.

I want to give a huge shout out to Todd (store manager) & Mary (customer service agent) who provided excellent service to me yesterday. I had purchased a product that was defective & without question they replaced it. Thanks for the great customer service at the Kohl's McKinney store at Hwy 75 & Exchange Parkway. My faith has been restored that customer service still exists!

When your staff wants to make comments about customers they should probably make sure the customer has walked far enough away to not hear them. Rather "rude" of your employee. Will not. E returning to this location.

Jackie helped me today, she was very nice with big smile on her face and very positive attitude. I have to give her 5 star probably she was up very late because of New Year's Eve and she still did her job the best she could :)

Store was clean and organized for a Black Friday, but our cashier was pretty flippant about just about everything -- despite our being really friendly. He didn't seem too interested in being helpful.

Convenient location with a decent selection, friendly staff, and clean store. This is definitely 1 of the better Kohl's I've been to. There's always that part of a store that randomly smells like pee, but NOPE not at this Kohl's! Another bonus, I wasn't pressured into getting a Kohl's card which I absolutely appreciated. Every time I've been to a store like this I get asked and it turns into a 3-minute "[super polite] no, I'm good thank you... [polite] no really, I-I'm good... [stern] I don't shop here often so no I. Don't. Want. A. Card. Please and thank you!" discussion. Oof. 1 negative is their selection. They don't have the best variety in the world, but having some more options in the graphic tee and shoe departments would be nice.

The worst customer service ever! The female assistant store manager (Victoria) is rude and unprofessional. She'll hate you just for asking her a question. Never coming back here again.

Very bad customer review. I came in to exchange a jacket and was denied even with a receipt. The lady at the counter was very rude and inexperienced.

Very convenient location. Good store, easy to get what I need. This location just off of 75 is super convenient. It's a good, clean store with a good selection. It's a nice, clean store with good prices. I usually come here for dress clothes and am always looking for jeans here. Good choice for shoes as well (dress and casual). I haven't had to ask for any help, but the people who checked me out have been very nice. Make sure to use your Kohl's Cash, they expire pretty quickly. This store in in a nice shopping area with some restaurants and other shops. Easy to get in and out of.

This store was disappointment to me no cashier to help me and no one helped me in the shoe department while I ask two guys and the ignore me because they were talking about their day and walk passed me not a good store to be shopping because it's almost empty while everyone is talking while customers are looking for help

Running a sale starts today- they do t carry that in their stores have to order Online. Drove 1 hr into the nearest store. So disappointed in their Customer service and supplies

Folks be sure to do your homework before you purchase anything that sounds to good to be true at Kohl's especially this time of year and at Christmas. I had about 8 toys in my cart using the percent off coupon. They advertise stuff at a higher retail price then it actually is. I kept copies and have proof of it. So after investigating even with the percent off coupon I still bought it cheaper at Targets with no coupons. To me and maybe it is just me that it is misleading in general.
