John Harman and Associates has prepared my taxes since 2012. I've met with John before and found him to be very helpful and not been charged a consultation fee. Since we started many changes and automation has been made available for filing taxes. Personally, I just want to get my taxes done by a confident firm and filed. The new automation lets me know when their due to prevent having to file an extension and lets me know if one has been filed on my behalf. They send out reminders to let you know what's due, their invoice, when your taxes are filed and accepted by the IRS. It can't get any easier than that!

We have used John Harman CPAs to prepare our taxes since 2012 when we lived near their McKinney office. After we moved to Austin in 2019 and Galveston in 2023, we continued having the firm prepare our taxes. Margie has worked on our returns for at least the past 5 years and does a wonderful job communicating with clients. The secure client portal is terrific and saves so much time transferring sensitive data. My husband and I highly recommend Harman CPAs and Associates for their professionalism, efficiency, and customer service.

We have been tax clients for over 7 years, but their service has been getting progressively worse each year. Despite having our complete tax documentation for almost two months, they failed to prepare and file before the tax deadline causing us unnecessary fees. We will not be using this business again.
