They did a great job. They delivered it on time, were very quick in putting it together, and they were very careful. They came all the way to Durant Oklahoma and I appreciate that. We will definitely use them again!

I’m really happy with my new rocker recliner from Ivan Smith Furniture in McKinney Texas. Tiara French was the sales associate who helped me. She was very knowledgeable and patient as I asked questions and tried out all the recliners.

I had previously shopped at Ivan Smith Furniture for non-furniture items and was impressed with the young woman who helped me, Tiara French one of the sales representatives. One of the reasons I came back was because of her helpfulness and desire to make sure I got what I wanted. She showed me many chairs and told me the outstanding things to consider for each and was there to answer all of my questions. She shared the process of purchase, warranty information and delivery. The delivery people did their job well as they delivered to an apartment at a supported living center and everyone was satisfied.

I did something I have NEVER done before. I purchased furniture that I only saw online. I called the store and Tiara answered the line. I explained I was looking for leather furniture and wanted to know if what I picked out was leather. She said no. Luckily for me, she said I caught her with no customers in the store and she would help me figure out what was and wasn't leather. As I fumbled between one set and then another she dug in deep and showed me sites of their sister companies so I could have even more selection. It was music to my ears!! She stayed on with me for so long, she was afraid her peers might have thought she was talking to a friend. She knew I wasn't quite finished and she offered to call me from her cell so we could continue. Now to ME, THAT is customer service. That is what is missing today. People forget that customers are the reason you are open, regardless of how well you are as a manager can run a shift or/and you as an owner know how to invest. Yet, I digress. I tried to hurry so as not to cause her any tension at work. She slowed me down and let me take me time. I think I held her up a good hour. But at the end of the sale, she sold over $5K in furniture.When it got here it was BETTER than expected. Everyone says it goes with the room perfectly. I got a credit card with interest free financing for 48 months. I am VERY pleased. Thank you Ivan Smith Furniture for employing Tiara, she is a real feather in your cap! I couldn't wait to tell everyone how happy I am with my purchase.
