I'm so confused. I've heard great things about this place, and I know it's a good cause, so I made the trek out to try to support them. At first I thought I was in the wrong place, it was completely unrecognizable as a greenhouse or nursery, but at least there is good signage. It looks like a barren, abandoned farm stand in the middle of nowhere. It turns out they close at 3 (!!!) and apparently aren't open at all on Sunday or Monday, and I missed them, I guess, but I found that also rather confusing... it's really hard to do business with a place that isn't open during regular business hours. It was frustrating enough that if they were a regular retail establishment I'd only give one star, but I'm trying to give the benefit if the doubt. I don't know when I'll get clear out there again, but I still think they're probably worth supporting, and I hope my review helps people know more accurately what to expect and hopefully others will be prepared and have better experiences. (Edited to add: the main problem is all the by owner/friends/family photos are misleading because they're all from elsewhere, that's not what this location looks like at all, or an honest reflection of this particular business. I have a hearty respect for the associated businesses and the work they do, but it would still help customers to know what's actually available at this address and know what to expect, not to be confused and lost because all the photos are of other places and events.) Edited to increase stars: The business is working hard with limited resources to provide a great experience. I submitted the hours on the website/comment to Google, when approved that should mean that drivers using Google Maps will get a warning if they're going to arrive after closing time.

End of the season for this greenhouse in rural north texas. Employees were helpful and knowledgable. Selection was limited but still nice. Prices were excellent on the end-of-season sale. Will go back when they start the next season.

The plants here are in great shape! It's obvious that the employees here care deeply for their work and they are great at it! Will absolutely be back when I'm back in the market for plants!

Such a wonderful cause! We love eating lunch at Hugs Cafe and we love to visit the Hugs Greenhouse as well. They have a nice variety of plants and flowers for a great price. Each time we go, we have a great experience
