I had a rough time with a warranty issue and it was escalated with Hyundai. Despite not getting the resolution I excepted, Hutch and the team did everything in their power to make it right.

[Huffines GM, Frank White, & employees involved: Ben Fernandez, Kenneth Mejia, Jordan Settle, Christopher Besser (DPM), Kia USA customer escalations.] The Kia Huffines service department was dishonest about causing additional electrical surge damage when fixing an engine part that was covered under a class action lawsuit & the starter. They also used bullying tactics to seek payment for a goodwill part Kia USA was willing to pay for on our behalf, such as threatening to report the loaner car we were given as stolen, and to tow our car off their lot before their repairs/replacement was complete. The right thing to do would be for Huffines to repair what they accidentally damaged without seeking unfounded compensation or hardship. Additionally 2 other independent shops have confirmed the electrical issues were indeed caused by their negligence. Definitely do more than average research before buying a Kia, especially from Huffines. ***I WOULD BE HAPPY TO UPDATE MY REVIEW AND FURTHER ACTION IF HUFFINES TAKES ACCOUNTABILITY & TAKES CARE OF ISSUES THEY CAUSED ***

BEWARE! I dropped off my Kia Sorento to be serviced for two factory recalls. During the diagnostic process, Kia found two additional repairs with the Engine and Ac filter that I agreed to have fixed and paid for these repair costs. Upon initial completion of the vehicle, I proceeded to start the car and the engines rpm's ran up to an 8 on the dashboards rpm scale. This had never happened before I dropped this vehicle off, so I requested the service advisor to come see the issue that arose under the care of Huffine Kia. The service technician found there to be oil within the coolant container. This issue was not a problem until my car was in the possession of Huffine Kia'a service team. The engine coolant system was even given a green light upon the initial service diagnostic. My cars been in their service lot without any phone call update from their service advisor team. Do not trust Huffine Kia service department by any means.

Great buying experience from placing my order to delivery. I had 3 other dealerships closer than this one to my home and I would go out of my way again to give them the opportunity for my next purchase which may be real soon. This is my first Kia and so far impressed. Thanks John, Ben, Cooper

Terrible customer service in the Service department. My 2 year old telluride (purchased here in June 2021) had the sunroof go off of the tracks. Unfortunately for me, I decided to open it Friday morning when the weather was 80 degrees driving my daughter to school. It made a loud noise and opened halfway sideways and won't close. I called at 8:30 AM after it happened and was told someone would call me back about this. Never got a call... so I called back at 4:30 PM and was told that they see no note that I was expecting a call back. They said they'd make it urgent and have someone call me before they close at 7. YET AGAIN NO PHONE CALL. So I emailed them, no response!!! I have a 5 year old, a 1 year old and I'm 14 weeks pregnant . It is consistently 106+ DEGREES outside and my car is TWO YEARS OLD. Problems like this shouldn't happen, but if they do, they should absolutely be responded to and NOT IGNORED. I will be writing corporate about the disgrace that is this franchise.

We bought our 2023 KIA at another Dealer in Irving, Texas. I wrote about them before and their lack of service. When it came time to have our 5,000 mile oil change, tire rotation, full check up we went over to Huffines Kia McKinney. I can put their service in two woords "NAILED IT" They answer when you call them unlike the other place. When we arrived today Hunter met us at the door to the service department and took excellent care of us. It was like we were his only customers, this made my wife and I feel so great. I'm retired from the service industry and I would hire this young man in two seconds. This whole business gets an A+ from us and we will continue to tells others about them.

I will be honest and say that my experience with the dealership did not start off well. However, they were very quick to right the wrong and went above and beyond to show that they value their customers. They could have just let me remain upset about the circumstances and moved on, but instead, they reached out to apologize and were professional and courteous. I don't know of many, if any, dealerships that would own up to a mistake and go above and beyond to make it right like they did. They could have easily sold the car to another buyer and not given me a second thought, but they wanted to ensure that I knew they value their customers. I ended up purchasing the car from them, and I would buy from them again in the future. I definitely appreciate the humanity behind this dealership, and I would recommend it to friends and family.

Just bought a 2023 Kia Seltos from Cooper Ellis at Kia. Cooper was awesome to do business with and I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a car, look him up. I have been in sales for almost 30 years and what I look for in a true sales person is knowledge first and foremost. Cooper knows the cars inside and out and best of all he was not high pressure. He made the buying experience fun and low key and that is hard to find in the auto industry. Cooper rocks!

My 2019 hybrid kia niro started to flood with error and maintenance messages that even impeded my car being driven! I was really worried and frantically called several Kia service departments to schedule a check for my car. HUFFINES kia was the only one willing to allow me to walk in the next day. After thoroughly checking my vehicle for issues, they simply cleared out old error messages from months ago ago and my car worked like brand new! They didn't even charge me at all. They were so nice and honest throughout my service experience with them! They now have a customer for the life of my car. Thank you McKinney HUFFINES Kia!

I have to commend Hunter, Robert (services supervisors) and their techs, I was able to get my car in and out within a day with no appointment due to my scheduling, and service my car needed. They were professional, courteous and really took care of me and made me comfortable. Can't say enough thank you and how much I appreciate them!!
