I am again impressed with this shop! I have a 10 year old car that I’m trying to keep as long as I can, and they are truly honest about what needs to be fixed and what can wait. I appreciate the way they treat customers, and will continue to be a repeat!
At Honest-1 McKinney our passion is to serve customers who want to cost effectively operate their vehicles for the long term. We start with a comprehensive vehicle inspection that is sent digitally to the customer (text/email). Items inspected are coded as green (passed), yellow (maintenance due) or red (major concern for safety or risk of vehicle breakdown). With this information, our customers are able to make informed decisions about maintenance / repairs that should be performed now vs. those that can be addressed later. Our free shuttle service is available with 24 hours advance notice. If you decide to wait, we have free WIFI, snacks/drinks, TV and an immaculate restroom. For the best service appointments are recommended!
