Over many yours I've been a customer. Recently I have been involved in a significant project and have bought approximately $10,000 in building materials. The last of the project was a deck.I gave them a materials list and let them select the lumber. MistakeAbout 30% of the wood was of pallet quality. It was wrapped and unseen until at the job site.Worse, I'm on a deadline and had to make do.I spoke with an assistant manager and was offered a sincere apology. Personally I don't care about apologies, more into more tangible remuneration. She graciously offered a $50.00 credit on my next purchase. After the $ I've spent there in the past 2 months, I found this offensive.Don't shop there. They have a typical big box store mentality, uncaring about their customers.Done w Home Depot!

Seriously would give this place 0 stars. I placed an online order pick up in store and have tried to call the store at least 5 times. Literally every time it rings for 10 minutes. No one has answered and finally on call 11 someone answered and immediately hung up. I guess I won't be picking up my order. Update: finally got on the phone with someone and asked for a manager. They tried to transfer me and they hung up.

I'm giving 3 stars because we had 2 very different experiences within days of each other. My son was coming home on military leave for Thanksgiving and I wanted to price real trees so we could pick one up while he's home. The GENTLEMAN we encountered on our 1st visit was super friendly & helpful. We came back today ready to buy. My husband called me over to look at tree stands. I walked towards him but I guess I wandered into a forbidden area. There were no gates & I didn't notice any signs that said "no customers allowed". Perhaps I missed it. I was barked at by a bearded guy who chose to call me out in front of everyone like I was a 4 year old. I heard a very condescending "Ma'am!" and finger-motions followed by "OVER HERE". I felt like a naughty child being scolded. I left & took the $100 I planned to spend, went down the street to Lowes and spent it there. I live across the street & am in the middle of an entire home renovation, for which, I'll be purchasing supplies elsewhere.

Ordered a custom door, asked for it to be inspected upon arrival. They checked and said it was good, went to pick up the door and it had dings, smudges, and inconsistent painting with scratches. The manager said they all look like that.... so that's 'good'. They did reduce the amount by a third, but I was embarrassed to bring this to a customer for installation. Sad.

I want to like this store. The people seem nice. However, the god damn propane kiosk is always broken yet whenever you try to purchase a refill inside the store, they always insist it's working. Then it takes forever to get someone to unlock the propane cage.Get your s*** together people

I've been trying for over two weeks to get someone out to measure a back door from this Home Depot! You go in and pay a $35 deposit and wait for this woman named Amy to call you. If you miss her call it's impossible to get her back on the phone so you have to go back to the store get a refund and start all over again. Second time she calls at 7:30pm I don't answer thinking it's a spam call. Who calls at night? Now again she doesn't answer. Even the managers at Home Depot tell me they've never been able to get ahold of her. Hello?? Why are you still using this company "RF Installers" Home Depot??? This is just bad business all the way. If someone knows of a legit company that installs doors please let me know. Home Depot is impossible.

We rented a Power washer from the tool rental department. It was not checked to see if it was working prior to renting. As a result it did not start and started Smoking!! Absolutely ridiculous if you like wasting time and driving back and fourth this might be the place for you.

Bought a power washer with 1300 PSI last week and realized that I needed more pressure to get the job done. Home Depot refuses to return the item back for store credit which is against their return policy. The item was bought at its full price and the item was not marked down for it to be a final sale. The Home Depot. Will take my business to Amazon where they honor their written policies.

We went in to purchase a refrigerator $2399, and a washer and dryer $548 each. Was told they matched Costco by salesperson. Go to service desk to order, and after we gave all our info, the manager tells the girl ringing us up they wouldnt match Costco because they were a wholesaler and not retailer. No problem. We left and went to Best Buy who was more than happy to match Costco's price of $2199 for the fridge and they even found a lower price of $544 on both washer and dryer. oh, Home Depot did offer us $50 off, but I declined. Best Buy gave us two $50 gift cards. So thank you Home Depot for letting a $3000+ sale walk out of your store last night. Oh, Best Buy thanks you, too.

Friendly service from most members but few are abnoxious . One draw back - mostly on all home Depot. They combine the lines for Returns , Online Pickup Orders and payments. That's d*** as online pickup gets slower. I would rather come and quickly pick and pay self-service. Hope they change that

We're loving our 7ft Christmas tree from here! It's healthy and gorgeous--They did an amazing job trimming it and helping us load it on our Yukon. Very friendly guy too! Oh and loved the Christmas music they had playing in their tent. Little touches puts the Christmas cheer in the hearts of everyone there.
