We tripped across the Home Consignment Center. They say they are under new management!! From the moment you enter the door until you leave, the customer service is outstanding!! The furniture is organized, has a clean environment, has lots of furniture options, and has a wide range of styles. It's worth a visit if you're looking to buy.

Stay far, far away. I purchased a bed marked as King size and had it delivered to my home for $180. Upon putting it together, I learned it was actually a California King bed, not King size as marked. The store would let me return it but refused to cover the additional $180 needed to bring it back to the store. Absolutely ridiculous. I understand not being able to return for quality issues, but if something is mislabeled and incorrectly advertised, that should not be on the customer. Better to pay extra and actually get what you need at another store!

My family and I have been doing business with this store for the past 10 yrs. After today I had one circumstance where we will never come here again. Had an unfortunate circumstance where they listed a bed from z galleries as a king and there is a manufacturing defect in it. It measures 75 inches which will not allow a king mattress to settle in. I called to speak with them and they said that it could be a western kind or Easter king and or a California king. Bed was listed as a king. When speaking with them that all sales are final and that I could consign it back to them. Why would I want to pass something that is defective to another customer. This situation left such a unsavory taste in my mouth. I will never ever to step foot in this establishment. I can't believe that they listed something as a king and it either is a queen so manufactured incorrectly. It's unfortunate that they put the burden on the buyer with zero assistance to make the situation correct.
