Absolutely recommend them. Had used in past and returned for a fix on wife's wedding band. A stone had fallen out after 25 years and they replaced and repaired. Unfortunately the new stone came out again a short time after repair. They checked it out and let's just say they took care of it. Not only do they do quality work, they back it up also. Great customer service also. Thanks Cherye.

I have worked with this jewelry store in the past and they made me a gorgeous wedding ring that my husband and I designed. I decided to use them again to get my rings resized and the OWNER, Cherye texted me and said that the cost to get my rings resized would be around $100, so I assumed it would be $150. I get there to pick my rings up and I am told I am to pay $270. I asked the lady ringing me up to ask Cherye why it was so much. Cherye blew me off and said "that's why I don't like quoting prices over text..." Really? I asked her via text how much it would cost to get my RINGS not RING resized. Anywho, Cherye would not honor the price she quoted me and pretty much blew me off. I will not be returning. Terrible. Just terrible.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! I've been going to this store for over 14 years, & I won't shop anywhere else. Cherye, Diana, Leslie and Debra are terrific! I can't say enough amazing things about Griffin Jewelry. They have a beautiful selection. They're incredibly honest, reasonable, professional & then some. I've purchased several beautiful pieces. I've also had many items appraised by their certified gemologist. Plus, I've sold jewelry for cash. On a scale of 1-10, I give Griffin Jewelry a 100. Hats off to the best of the best! Randee P.

I was already a customer of the store and I wanted a piece of jewelry for my 50th birthday. I went to the store with a friend and found what I wanted: a $1000 18kg rose gold necklace with a diamond pendant. The store had a 70% discount and no tax payment. My boyfriend went to the store with me a week later and said: pick whatever you want for your present. I could choose any jewel regardless of the price, he would pay. But I loved the necklace. I asked the saleswoman: this is 18kg gold, right? Even though it was in the description I asked after all, the promotion was very good. Important: I have never worn jewelry in my life. I prefer to have little and have quality. Well, we bought it and I put the necklace on immediately and the intention was never to take it off my neck again. Yesterday, returning from a cruise, I saw in the car mirror that my necklace was fading!!! I went back home and took the box with the note and saw "18kg gold plate" I had never seen the note because it was at the bottom of the box. I'm outraged, I was tricked, deceived and I want an 18kl gold necklace. How can a store sell a gold plated necklace for $1000??? another thing, it was a promotion where it said: no tax payment.2

For my wife and I, this is our go-to spot for watch repairs and battery replacements. In fact, I was there earlier today to see if I could get a clasp tightened on my Tag Heuer. Before I could browse the store, my watch was fixed and already being handed back to me. The Griffin Jewelry staff checks all the boxes when it comes to service and customer satisfaction. My engagement ring had broken where it was once soldered to my wedding band. Griffin's jeweler not only made the repair, but re-soldered as I had requested and returned my rings cleaned, polished and looking brand new! I was very pleased with the repair and felt the repair cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended!
