I moved into these apartments 2 weeks ago. I have nothing but good things to say. The outside is always clean and my apartment was near perfect when I got my keys. I had issues with my shower in the master bedroom and it was taken care of within days! These are the best apartments I’ve lived in by far!!

Best apartments EVER!!! I’ve been a resident at Greenhaven for over 1.5 years and couldn’t be happier with living here. The office staff, Michelle & Amanda are very kind, prompt and go above & beyond! You won’t find a better maintenance team than Pete & Jeronimo. I’ve felt the safest living here! The grounds are consistently well kept & very clean. I absolutely love having a good size fenced in yard that my toddler can enjoy. The pool is fabulous and water fountain play area is great for the kiddos. It’s the best all around complex hands down!!!

I will say this is one of the best apartments you could live it. You will not find a one bedroom at the rock bottom price like you do at Greenhaven.

Overall, it's been positive. A quiet place with well-kept grounds and friendly crew and management staff. However, many residents are not cleaning up after their dogs. Also, full time residents should not be parking in the visitor's spots since those spots are extremely limited in availability.

We moved from out-of-state to Greenhaven and all I can say is that it was such an easy process. We've been here a little over a month. Amanda & Michelle in the leasing office are so friendly and so responsive! They were able to accommodate an early move-in for us when schedules changed on our end. Since then, they are always so helpful when we chat with them if we have a question or need to stop by the office to grab a package. The same responsiveness and friendliness goes for the maintenance team. When we first moved in, Pete and the team made sure that everything was working properly. Any issue we've had since (very few and minor) they have been on it typically same day or within a day. The apartment and complex are beautiful and quiet for the most part! The gym and pool are amazing and clean. Also love our outdoor seating areas. We have reserved parking, so have no issues on that end. We'll often see many residents doing laps or out on their balconies. Friendly community! They host holiday events too which is so nice. I will say neighbors might get noisy once in a while but it never lasts long! Overall, Greenhaven has been a great place to call home.

I have been a resident at Greenhaven since 2020 and I have enjoyed every moment! Management and maintenance team always on top of things! Especially when there is an issue, they take care of it right away! I highly recommend Greenhaven! I don't plan on moving anytime soon!

10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a nice beautiful neighborhood to stay in. The staff are great. You will feel right at home. This is it.

We have been living here at the community for a little over a year . Never any problems always very customer service friendly. Very quiet community very tight knit we are like a family at Greenhaven Apartments! Thank you Michelle for everything

The maintenance crew here at Greenhaven is outstanding!!! They show up in a timely manner and they always explain to you what they are doing to fix the problem. They do an awesome job. Pete and Geronimo are great guys!

I have lived at Greenhaven since September 2020 and it has been one of the best living experiences I have ever had. Michelle and Amanda are always so sweet and welcoming every time I interact with them. Any issues I’ve had have always been addressed in a timely manner. The maintenance men are so sweet and efficient! I hope to be at Greenhaven for years until it’s time to purchase a home. The complex is always well kept and pristine. I really cannot thank the staff at Greenhaven enough for everything they have done for me! If you’re looking for your next home, definitely give the wonderful ladies at Greenhaven a call you will not be disappointed!

I have really enjoyed my experience here in greenhaven. We have a wonderful two bedroom plan and it is perfect for us. The staff are always courteous and quick to respond.The only reason why I give it four stars is parking is not that great and it’s even harder for guests to find parking.Other than that it is a great apartment complex with lots of great outside areas and a dog park!

So far we have enjoyed our experience at Greenhaven. Just signed another year lease! Management does a good job, as well as the maintenance department. I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment to try this place out!
