This placed saved me! Julie is THE BEST physical therapist anyone could want. She not only cured my hip bursitis she gave me exercises to do at home that are easy and helpful. Her staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend for your physical therapy needs.

I was so thankful for the front office coordinator who took the time to verify all insurance before we started our sessions. They truly care about their patients and the team is very professional and can quickly assess your PT needs.

I had excellent care at GTC, not only from my therapist but the techs and other therapist as well! Entire staff was caring , concerned about my progress and always kind. Would go there again if I had any other issues!

My current physical therapy experience at the Greater Therapy Center-McKinney is excellent. To be greeted with a warm and cheerful hello by Kim, at the front desk, sets the tone for each session. The entire staff is friendly, most helpful and Rachel Zilka, the PT, is extremely knowledgeable and competent, as is Jake, her assistant. The facility is very clean and the equipment is sanitized immediately after each use. I am more than satisfied with the exceptional service and care that I receive. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs quality PT!!!

I have been having therapy for two plus months now at Greater Therapy following a total hip replacement. This is my second time at this facility with the first being about 10 years ago, for another problem. When asked by my doctor where I wanted to go, post surgery, I emphatically answered I wanted to return to GT. By my therapist, Bethany, I receive the best care, excellent communication on what my goals are, how to achieve them in the best possible therapeutic experience so I can lead a more productive life. I highly recommend GT not only being a patient, but also as a nurse, with a background in rehabilitation. All the staff are outstanding, personable and attentive.Kudos to all!

Great staff all the way around, from the office Kim who is always helpful and greets me by name. My Therapist Rachel and Tori do a great job and are very patient and encouraging. Everyone is very concerned with all the patient progress, very positive in all interactions. I actually look forward to going.

My orthopedic doctor diagnosed me with a frozen shoulder and he recommended Bethany to do physical therapy, she helped me a lo! the place is clean and the person who attends the front desk is friendly and easy to deal with. Good place

Following bilateral knee replacement I went to GTCPT in McKinney for rehab. Bethany was my PT and she did a fantastic job of communicating the process, encouraging me along the way, and holding me accountable. On June 21, 2022 I had both knees replaced. 5 weeks and 1 day later I played a round of golf. I attribute a good portion of my rapid progress to Bethany and GTCPT. I recommend her to you without any reservation.

I have gone to Collin at Greater Therapy 2 different times for times once for my knee replacement in another time for my shoulder. I cannot say enough nice things about him. He does a wonderful job and is always very pleasant and competent and caring. He listens and adjusts the treatment based on your feedback.

Went through physical therapy to get ready fir a hip replacement. Collin was my therapist, he was amazing, and did a fantastic job. Such a sweet guy and cared so much about his patients. Every single person that works at the Mckinney Greater Therapy Center are the best. They act like they have known you for years from day 1. Will be seeing Collin again as my hip replacement surgery is scheduled for January and I don't want any other therapist.
