I’m normally the kind of girl that goes to a spa/salon and pays for the whole experience, but I was having a bad day today and felt like doing something drastic without waiting weeks for an appt (or spending a small fortune while sitting bored in a chair for like 4 hours).
I saw this place as I was driving by and figured if it all went wrong, it’s just hair… it’ll grow out. BEST DECISION EVER.
My hair looks amazing, I was in and out in no time and my jaw dropped when I saw it was only $19. I can’t believe I haven’t been doing this all along! I’ve wasted so much time and money because I thought that was the only way to get a good cut. I will go here from now on!

pathetic, don’t know what customer is requesting. I asked for complete bald head zero shave. He(chow) did trimmer zero (which is incomplete shave) and says completed hair cut. when informed it as incomplete then he was saying he can’t do anything. bad and rude communication by chow made my day even more worse. Strongly recommend not to visit this place.
Requested style: Bald shave.

Nice haircut and the online check in system worked great, I was on the board and as soon as I said my name, They checked me in and was greeted by stylist in 10 seconds

The lady who did my hair cut was so rude and a racist. She litterally said “go and cut the hair yourself” when I asked her to not cut so short. She often said that “am i dumb, am I stupid?” during the haircut. I could have replied to her there itself but my hair was in her hands during that time. Her way of speaking so bad. She behaved as if we are her slaves(i took my brother to the haircut as well and her behavior is same with both of us)

I think they need to make sure they hire people that know how to cut kids hair . i don't get how you ask for one thing but get the worst cut ever!!! never going back and i don't recommend anyone taking your kids to get a haircut there!!! should have let my 4 year old cut his own hair and it would have turned out better.

Waited 50 minutes and then the lady with blue hair spent 5 minutes on my hair and did Crazy Terrible job. I tipped her 10 dollars and she asked for 10 more. I ended up having to buzz all my hair off after I couldn’t get home quick enough. 51 years and this was the worst haircut experience ever.

Had a weird experience at the McKinney 380 TownCrossing location. Signed in, requested a stylist (Kathryn). Was told she would be out from back in a few minute. 20 minutes later as I was walking out in frustration, she comes out, takes a differ customer to her seat (a walk-in) and when I expressed some frustration, she just smiled ironically.

It was my first time coming to this place, recommended by a friend at work, and i left highly impressed. I booked my appointment online, and it tells you when to head to the store and shows you how the line is moving up for you to get ready to get your hair done. When the app told me to head to the salon i did so, got inside they asked me for my information they created a profile for myself and told me to.wait 1 min later i already was assigned to a hair dresser who took care of me in a quick, effective and kind way. I went in and on in less than 15 mins. I only needed my ends trimmed and my length shaped. I liked the service and how they worked, so I'll def come back again. The price was excellent, 15.60 before tax.
