We have been going to this great clips (380 & 75 in McKinney) for years and this morning we came across a stylist we never seen before; I expressly asked her to check with my son what style he wanted but she did not bother to do that. Needless to say it went terribly and we will never go back to this lady ever and next time we saw her in this shop we will simply turn around and go another place. If I could give her -5 stars I would!

I used to like this place but not today - did not like the haircut by a new guy they hired. He made me sit facing the opposite mirror and just did an awful job at the end. The amount they charge for such an awful job is not worth it.

just because I can't give them zero stars, the manager who said her name was "porsha" or something similar! super rude, she told me that I couldn't be close to my son EVEN THOUGH HE IS A MINOR, WHICH I FOUND VERY WORRYING, SHE TOLD ME THAT IT MADE HER UNCOMFORTABLE, I told her that he was a minor and that I wanted to be by his side and then she told us to go and that we needef to find another place to cut his hair, and she left the haircut halfway. and she also refused to cut the hair of other Hispanic children's "because they were going to close." And she told the father that they needed the space (the waiting chairs), but more people (non-Hispanic) showed up and decided they could close "later" I think they have a racial problem, as well as attitude! I don't know why she's still there, I see that several have already complained about her! what a BAD SERVICE!!!!!
She also said that your rules are that parents can't be with their children while they are having their haircut! Exactly where does it says that??????

This place is terrible. Always understaffed. Second time I went back on Thursday, there was one person working and a long line waiting so I left. Lots of better options in the area.

The manager Porche was horrible. She berated her stylist in front of me and others. It took 1 1/2 hours for a haircut. Jabeen didn't know to wet my hair to cut it. She was so flustered that she left me there like 4 times, twice to go and cry in the bathroom. Tequila (spell) was amazing. She knows her stuff. She tried to help, but the manager Porche yelled at everyone, even told me to leave several times, without finishing my hair cut. Porche has a bad attitude. She didn't like me talking to Porche, so she tried kicking me out again without finishing my haircut. Horrible experience. Won't be back, due to the manager Porche.

We love Hannas friendly attitude.
I normally sit with my son when Hanna is cutting his hair and new manager just told me I couldn't sit with him. I Don't see how that's not allowed. He is a minor.

Does this look like the sort of haircut that a professional should give? Does it look like a haircut that anyone would want???? Tequila did this to my hair! It's lopsided and goes halfway up my forehead. Buyer beware, you can probably cut it better yourself.

Worst service any hair salon ever has. Rude and mean staff. Sarcastic behavior and shouting for unnecessary reason. I just stood up and walked near the shampoo and hair care section, the lady from there(as she was cutting hair) shouted at me to sit down. Her name starts with H. At the end she gave a fake smile to get tip from me. When I decided not to tip, she asked in such a loud tone “do want to tip me?” That everyone sitting around looked as if something was wrong. Then had me redo the checkout again. Nasty behavior

I think they need to make sure they hire people that know how to cut kids hair . i don't get how you ask for one thing but get the worst cut ever!!! never going back and i don't recommend anyone taking your kids to get a haircut there!!! should have let my 4 year old cut his own hair and it would have turned out better.
