We cannot recommend Genzel Plumbing Company enough for ALL your plumbing needs.
The entire staff is friendly, courteous, and prompt.
Our service techs, Brody and Tim, were fantastic to work with. We had two pipes break in a concrete beam of our foundation. This was no small problem and as homeowners we were concerned how the issue would be fixed. Brody kept us informed every step of the process and always took time to answer any questions or concerns we had. We felt heard and respected which is extremely rare these days. Brody and Tim’s work was impeccable and they cleaned up well after the job was completed.
We are very pleased and grateful to have a hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy company as Genzel Plumbing to help us in a time of need.

Robby Genzel has been our plumber for over 20 years. He is without a drought the best Master plumber
I know. He is a good Christian and he and his wonderful wife have raised 4 great children to be responsible young adults.

Had a leak at my external spigot, called them Tuesday morning and they were able to be onsite by that afternoon. Parker was the tech and he was professional and gave me 2 possible options on the resolution, depending on what he found. Due t the complexity we scheduled the repair for that Friday. Luckily the easier (re: less costly) solution worked and the appt took less than 45min. Will use them again and more importantly I would recommend them to a friend.
