My dogs Love Fur Friends. They do an amazing job with both of them. They are warm and welcoming and great service; they go by appointment time and call right away when they are done. They were not kenneled and were happy as well. Definitely recommend them. They look fand smell great.

Let me qualify my poor rating, Donna actually does a lovely job in grooming the dogs. My one star is that their unprofessional scheduling is absolutely terrible. More than 50% of the time I have had errors in the booking. Examples: - I show up on the day of the grooming and am told i have the day wrong...only to pull up the email confirmation that showed I have it correct, - They cancel with only 2 days notice an appointment that has been made months in advance and then tell you they can't take your dog for another 1.5 months, Not sure if it is the groomer changing her schedule last moment or if the woman at the desk is inept...either way I can't go months between grooming for my dog. I have given them 2+ years to try and get this ironed out but they keep making these mistakes. So unprofessional.

I have been taking my dogs to Fur Friends for about two years now and Arial is my groomer. She does a fantastic job of grooming my guys. Plus she really cares about animals. She is the reason I use them. This leads me to the problem I have with getting ahold of them for appointments. They never answer their phones and do not return my calls when I leave messages!! Its so frustrating!! I am a regular customer and I had to physically go there today to make an appt. since they were not returning my calls. The front desk person always seems to be frustrated and overwhelmed. I had to speak with Arial today in order to get an appt. I would like to speak with the owner about this issue. If it wasn't for Arial, I would go somewhere else. Joni B. McKinney TX

We have used Fur Friends for many many years and two generations of dogs. Always very thoughtful and caring. Cristina even noticed issues with our Bichon and then able to diagnose diabetes. Highly recommend

They don’t need your business. We just moved into the area, but they wouldn’t take my pet without a referral. From whom a new citizen to McKinney would get a referral I have no idea. Not very welcoming if you ask me.

My chihuahua and I visited Fur Friends Pet Salon for the first time today. Donna was the one who took care of him and was very kind and loving with my sweet three legged dog Lucky. I loved that dogs are not caged in stressful situations. You could see from the front desk dogs walking around the people who were doing grooming. Zero stress for them. Look how handsome my Lucky looks with his new red bandana!

The way these babies are uncrated and all waiting behind the little gate "for their moms" is just a delight! No stress--- they are happy and perfectly groomed.Absolutely the best experience at Fur Friend!

I used to go to another place close by but I never got the warm and fuzzies and the grooming wasn't the best. I could typically see where the cuts were made in my dog's fur. I switched to Fur Friends quite some time ago and have been happy ever since. They do a great job and you can tell they LOVE dogs!

I would rate 0 if I could, they cut my dog's ear when grooming, she is usually a very friendly dog but now she is now traumatized and not letting anyone near her. This is the first time we are facing such an unprofessional service from any groomer ever. She is due for her doctors appointment and I would get an exact idea of how deep her cut is. WORST GROOMING SERVICE EVER!!!
