This subway location use to be OK but now days, the wait time is unbearable! I had to wait for over 30 minutes and they only had 2 customers (3 including me). Try a different subway unless you have all the time in the world to waste!

You know that urge when you’re driving and it just hits you out of the blue, “oh no I need to poo” well that happened to me today and this location was near me. I stopped to poo and this was the most disgusting bathroom I have ever seen. The bathroom didn’t seem like it had been serviced in weeks or months. No toilet paper I had a wife with extremely rough paper towels customer service wasn’t that great either while trying to talk to him, he was ignoring me and talking to somebody else on the phone

Good choices of sodas, although the frozen sweet drink machine should be fixed, and also youll should add Doctor pepper 0 to the soda machines

I will NEVER be back to Subway location #35253-0 on W University Dr in McKinney TX inside Circle K! Arianna the "Assistant Manager" was very rude, slow and did not listen. I told her I wanted a Chicken Teriyaki Salad and she asked what bread so I told her again that I wanted a salad. Then I had to remind her to put cheese in my salad. She proceeds to make my salad then asks what dressing so I tell her Sweet Onion, she then puts CEASER dressing on instead, then she offered to remake the salad so I said Yes Please do. So she remakes my salad puts the correct dressing on it after I tell her 3 times that I want the dressing ON the salad and not on the side even though she still attempted to put the dressing on the side and I had to correct her AGAIN. Then I show her my gift card and she says "She will get you at the front" I get to the front check out and they proceed to tell me they dont accept subway gift cards. They ask did you show Arianna I said yes, meanwhile Arianna decides to argue the fact that I showed her my gift card saying I didnt when I in fact DID, I had it in my hand reached out to show her so that I could pay before she told me that they would get me at the front. Then she threatens to call the police on me because I was upset that she not only messed up my salad and was rude but also neglected to tell me they dont take gift cards.

Here's the thing, I love giving Circle K my money. I really do, especially when the sweet older man is at the front counter. He remembers my name and always helps me with a smile on his face. So sweet. However, recently I've been coming in and there's a blonde girl that's always on her phone. She has not one time been nice to me. I don't know how she's in customer service when it's an inconvenience to put her phone down. She's rude and needs basic training on customer service.

Circle K 8001 W University Blvd, McKinney. I can't seem to find the exact Circle K at 8001 W University Blvd, it may be new, so isn't listed yet, which also would be why it was so clean, so I'll leave a review here. Staff at the 8001 location friendly, customers, too! It was so clean that it might be a new build, except that almost all Circle Ks I've visited over the years have been clean. They're behind on their rewards app or I'd make sure to find them more often, otherwise, a friendly easy place for quick snacks and goodies, and did I mention clean? That's best!

Bought some monsters (2 for 4.29 or something close to that) and 2 clif bars that were in the managers special area for 50% off, but ended up paying $8+ for all of those 4 items, the 2 clif bars being priced at 1.99 each. Did not get the 50% off like it said...why put stuff in an area saying they're 50% off, but you don't have that put into the system? Stupid.
