A van crashed my door in a parking lot and took all my information, saying that everything was fine, two days later I received a call that my insurance could not make claims to others, my question was why they didn't tell me that at the time and tell the person who hit me to call their insurance there or talk to the police!??????? Now I can't do anything about the incompetence of this crappy insurance company, I canceled it immediately!

After 8+ years we left them. My rates have increased for the last 4 renewals for no reason. I bought a new car 09/15/23 called them to add it to my policy so I could drive it home and was told I had to bring it to the office and my drivers license to ad the car to the policy. I told them I couldn't drive it across town without insurance and the response I got was that it was there policy. I could understand if I wanted full coverage but I need basic liability to get to there office. I just won't be dealing with them anymore. Total incompetence if you ask me. Not to mention every time I go into the office for policy changes or payment updates they act like you're putting them out. This is the McKinney tx. Office.

Do NOT use this insurance!!! When you want to cancel your policy with this company, they will do anything they can to delay cancellation and then charge your bank account anyway. I WARN YOU - DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE!

My partner was hit by someone’s car who had this insurance and even though we had a police report to prove it was their fault they did not want to cover any of our damages and kept saying “they weren’t at fault” how d*** is that? This place will probably have a lawsuit soon for getting sued for lying. Such a horrible cheap insurance company that is greedy and selfish. Definitely a scam there’s plenty of better insurance companies.

Call them for a quote and first I got hung up on then I called back and the lady pretended to be someone different answered the phone with a nasty attitude so I hung up the phone. Nope won't be getting my business. I guess this was a sign from God!!! Next!!!!!
