Foresight is a reliable company. The service contract is clear, we had to cancel the policy and our cancellation went smoothly. Special thanks to Trina Smith. Trina is a professional. She walked us through the lengthy process of getting a refund from our dealership. She's the only reason we got our money back from Gillman. We appreciate it very much!

Foresight is the biggest rip off..I was sold a lifetime warranty when I bought my Ram 3500 From Patterson Dodge in Tyler Texas.. This was the biggest waste and scam by both parties... I was never offered a commercial plan from Patterson Dodge, which I should have been offered.. Never offered the plan and didn’t know this plan even existed until I spoke with the Administrator of Dodge.... The people at Foresight was actually looking for a reason to NOT pay for my claim.. The rear end went out of my 2020 Ram 3500, which left me stranded in Utah.... The Foresight & Patterson Team blatantly called me a liar by telling me that my truck was used as commercial use, in which it wasn’t. I explained that I own the company and my DOT numbers are attached to my truck for advertisement & tax purposes....Foresight even went as far as searching online to see if I had a trailer attached to my truck.. These guys are horrible and would not recommend no one to purchase these worthless services.. I was robbed by Patterson and Foresight.. I’ve bought 4 Dodge vehicles, not to mention my other family members that have purchased Dodge vehicles.... If you choose to buy a Dodge, Please don’t buy from Patterson in Tyler and wherever you purchase a lifetime warranty. Please DON’T purchase a lifetime warranty from Foresight.. Patterson didn’t stand by this deal so they are as much at fault as Foresight.. This is the prime example of how to lose repetitive customers... The Foresight Team is very unprofessional and rude... They literally don’t care about their customers because they’re paid in full from the originals sell from Patterson... I RECOMMEND THAT WHOMEVER IS CONSIDERING PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM PATTERSON DODGE IN TYLER, PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND DON’T EVER THINK ABOUT BUYING THE LIFETIME WARRANTY FROM FORESIGHT... THESE GUYS ARE A RIP OFF & SHOULD BE IN JAIL FOR STEALING MONEY FROM HARD WORKING PEOPLE....THE WHOLE FORESIGHT TEAM. IS A SCAM...

I sent all my information to cancel the blue steel protection plan with them over 6 months ago and I've followed up several times and still do not have my refund or a response.

Worst company to deal with. Attempting to get a refund on a policy that has been canceled was a complete nightmare. They are able to pull the records up and still refuse the refund and expect me to send them something that I've mailed twice already. I've finally given up but I wanted to let everyone know about my experience.

Jason was a superstar! He made a daunting task go so smoothly and he was very responsive through the whole process. I learned so much working through this with him. It's never a fun time to file any claim but I highly recommend this service.
