I am quite happy with the flooring installed by Floors Touch. I was happy, too, with the professionalism of the installers. My only regret is that I can only give a five-star rating. Floors Touch deserves at least ten stars!

I was referred to Floors Touch by a dear friend, and I couldn't be more grateful for that connection. When we faced a serious leak under our foundation, it wreaked havoc on our hardwood floors, cabinets, and countertops. From the very beginning, Mr. Abraham and his team approached the situation with unmatched professionalism and expertise.
They executed the repairs with incredible precision and care, and their communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. I felt supported every step of the way, especially as they guided me through the complexities of dealing with my insurance company. Their patience in explaining the technical jargon made a world of difference for someone like me, who was unfamiliar with it all.
What truly impressed me was the dedication of the crew. Not only did they deliver top-notch workmanship, but they also left the space spotless once the job was complete. Reflecting on my renovation experience from a decade ago, I can confidently say that this process was seamless and perfect in comparison. (I love them all, but especially, I give special thanks to Mr. Jorge and Guillermo: the best hardwood floors installers with big smiles)

We saw positive recommendations for Floors Touch on our HOA fbook page. The rep referred to no longer works there but Tarek was a pleasure to work with. He met us where we were at with price and needs. We moved into a new home so we’re wanting to replace existing carpet and add tile in a room. We were able to get all done in a timely matter with a very fair price, highly recommend Tarek and floors touch!!

I had a good experience with Floors Touch. Tarek was very responsive, I appreciate the detailed breakdown of what the materials are, which allows me to compare who has the best product for a fair price. Adriel and his team did a great job installing. There were a few paint scratches on the wall due to the work, and they were willing to smooth over and repaint those areas.

Had a very good experience with Floors Touch. We dealt with Tarek for the sale. He was always pleasant and willing to be flexible when we changed our choice of flooring at the last minute. This company was recommended to me by a friend and they did not disappoint. The quality of the work is great and they finished several days ahead of the promised date. Ariel and his crew did the work and they too were pleasant and happy to have us visit while they were laying the flooring

We have used Floors Touch before for our new floors and our kitchen backsplash. We used them again recently to install flooring in our master bedroom and closet. They were quick to get us scheduled and as always did such a quality job. They are always professional and great to work with!
