I am glad I found Fibi Pharmacy at Custer Rd and 380 - southwest of the Walmart. Great service and they have CBD Gummies for sale which I love. They also have a huge variety of candles so I grabbed one of those for a Christmas Gift!

After getting new United insurance, I discovered Fibi Pharmacy. They are in network and SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive for all of our family's Rx needs. This was perfect timing as we have been very disappointed in CVS - not refilling when promised, closing earlier than posted 8 PM business hours, etc. Finding Elsa's Pharmacy has been fabulous.... she genuinely cares for all of her customers and makes sure things are taken care of quickly, efficiently and correctly!

No line for vaccines. Literally walk in, pull up your sleeve and get the vaccine! Elsa is the pharmacist. The pharmacy is clean and will organized. Also sells vitamins and supplements.Also sells gift candles and has a display of costume jewelry.This business is in a strip mall by Kelly- Moore Paints.

This pharmacy, an in-network pharmacy to my insurance, BCBS, refuses to file my daughter's diaper rash cream through my insurance because "it is a hassle". They want to charge me the cash price, ($79) which is significantly higher than I paid for the exact same prescription earlier this year ($26) at another compounding pharmacy in another city we previously lived in. I can file them claim myself, but then I'll only get reimbursed for the contracted rate of $26, which is significantly less than the cash price of $79 they quoted me, and I'll never see that difference.

We love Fibi Pharmacy and Elsa. She always tries to find us the best prices, calls us when a prescription is ready or if there's a problem. She also know us by name! By the way, she's giving vaccinations, now (no Covid).

If you're tired of the box store pharmacies losing your prescriptions, treating you like a number, and the other hassles that go along with using them, I recommend stopping by here without any hesitation. The service is great, they deliver locally, and even have a free vitamin policy for your children. I've switched all of my families prescriptions over to them.

I starting having issues using a typical pharmacy not too long ago and decided I wanted to start giving my business to a local pharmacist. Elsa has given such amazing customer service from day one. I wish that I would have found her sooner. She is kind, caring, and attentive. You can see her appreciate for her customers in the way she runs her business. Thank you Elsa!

Fibi is everything a local pharmacy should be. Extremely customer focused and will make sure to keep what YOU need in stock. Kids get sick, pediatrician sends RX and before we're even home Elsa calls to let us know it's ready. She's even offered to deliver. We need to rally around this business and ensure their success because there isn't another good option like this in the Prosper/NW McKinney area. Great family run business that doesn't give all the runaround and "take a number" treatment you'd get at the large corporate pharmacies.
