I was blown away today by the customer service provided by Ani. I needed a print order last minute. I really didn’t think it would/could be done but she called me to talk about it and even found another nearby FedEx that could print one of the items I needed that this location didn’t have the supplies for today. The other item I needed they had in record time. I just really appreciate great customer service!

I was told to wait in line behind another gentlemen making copies in order to send a fax. When he finished several minutes later I proceeded to use the self service kiosk. I sent my fax on the fax machine only to find out that the fax machine doesn't work with the self service kiosk and I would have to check out at the register anyway. The cashier then proceeded to charge me $7.45 to fax 2 pieces of paper!!!!!!!!!!!! FedEx, how do you justify charging more to send a fax then print copies when I didn't use any paper or ink, just your stupid landline?!???? This by the way was only necessary because I was sending documents to a Pharmeceutical company who wants to charge me $36,000/28 pills for my child's medicine!!!!!!!

I’ve had several packages forwarded here for pickup using the FedEx delivery manager. Got everything as excepted. Both times the wait was a little long but better to wait a know I am getting things delivered to a secure location.

Great customer service! Spoke to very friendly man on the phone just now and he was very intellectual about the process…he knew how to fix the issue, not right away but gave me good options! 10/10 would recommend!! Fun environment too!

Such a bad experience! The man working (Richard? David?) was outwardly racist and demeaning about the package I was trying to send. It was uncalled for, insensitive, and extremely unprofessional as he was training another employee.

Premium pricing for slow service. Over engineered process for simple package mailing combined with horribly under staffing makes for a long wait. Disappointed

At this FedEx location, there is guy named Manesh (or Makesh). He is very rude , angry and very bad attitude. He won't answer any of your question politely. He was answering on the phone saying that there are stupid people (i think he meant his customers) here making noise so I could not hear you. This guy needs to be kicked out. I will go to the other location for my future needs. I completely agree with Syed's review below. Thanks.

There is a guy I see sometime whose name is mahesh or manesh. He has extremely bad attitude and should be kicked out from any sort of customer service job. There are some young kids work there who does a very good job and very polite. They are always willing to help the customer. But mahesh/manesh is completely opposite.

AVOID THIS SCAM ARTIST SHOPThis place is super shady. I went there to print something there. I had my USB drive and their printer wouldn’t read. So I had to email it to the printer just to get overcharged 10 dollars for it. Plus the 65 cent print. This is ridiculous! Still waiting for my refund thankfully I used my PayPal card.Also I connected my usb drive to my computers plus my phone and they read the files. This guys run bare shady and scum
