1st visit I have a envelope to drop off and run I don’t need a receipt or anything couldn’t do that I had to wait on a scanner scan it then drop it but you can’t hold it to close or to far so annoying. 2nd visit a poor guy stopped in with a truck full of packages and he had to bring in one by one and use that one scanner (I didn’t know at the time) for all 20 packages and I didn’t realize they were making him use the same one scanner that takes forever so ran in and scanned mine not knowing he was doing one by one so we had to stop it I felt so bad. I apologized to him for being in a rush and not paying attention and he was still so sweet that he told me to go ahead because he had so many. That’s gonna take so much time for him as for me I’m finding an actual drop off place where I literally can just run in and drop it off or find a barrel drop off somewhere else because that’s ridiculous!!!

I have shipped a next day priority package than they said it got lost and somehow got delivered after 20 days, when I gone through claim procedure no one picks the call and just hangs up later I got email from FedEx they approved $100 claim where as the package has the value of around $3500. Trying to speak to someone but no one comes on the call, they designed there Customer service that a way that can't reach to any representative. Pathetic service from FedEx rather prefer USPS/UPS rather than pathetic FedEx service.

The manager Bill was amazing and helped with a printing I need ASAP... He was patient and kind and I will return for more things because of good service.

I use this location regularly for shipping and for last minute printing jobs. They have always done a fantastic job and the service has always been top notch. My most recent visit today I interacted with a new employee, Camari, and she was so terribly rude. She mumbled when speaking and when she did speak clearly she said she was bored and tired of being there. I’d hate to have to visit another location but I’d rather drive a few extra minutes than feel like my presence is an inconvenience to the staff.

Good that I did not use printing service here. Already a customer has a problem there with the printing service and no help from the store people.

Awful experience!!!! Machine malfunctioned and charged $21 and did not print my pages due to a postscript error. Asked a worker and was told they couldn't offer a refund and I would have to call on Monday (happened on a Saturday). I asked for them to print it for me instead. After printing it, they tried to charge me again for the prints that I already paid for and did not receive. David said he would have to call a manager and no one is a available today. I called my usual FedexKinkos and they told me they would print it for me for free in this situation. I asked the other FedexKinkos person to talk to David and they told him to just print it for me free of charge since I already paid for it. The other worker in the store told David to go to the back and he gave me the prints, but told me to go to my FedexKinkos from now on. Will be calling the manager on Monday. Absolutely worst service, refusal to help and refusal to make eye contact. Unacceptable!!

This will be the last time I ever go to this place the experience was poor once again. Instead of helping a customer they’re only concerned about selling supplies it’s nothing but a cash grab. I was actually turned away and told no because I refuse to buy a box instead of the FedEx envelope.

The guys were terrific to assist me with an awkwardly large box into the store. Damir was great with assisting me with the packaging for the return as well as the 5th phone call to Shark to do a simple return and ended up at the FedEx store because I could not see or print the return label from home. Damir asked them to wait to be sure he gets their email and can print the label. He was great! I know he had no idea what I had been through that day, but I needed him on my side that day. Damir should not be in any type of service interaction with your patrons. I’ve used this location many times and always been treated politely and with at least a modicum of respect. This guy ignored me when I offered some mailers to ship out some Vinyl records that needed to be returned. He then tried to charge me for some shipping material. I informed him that I’ve come in before to ship the same thing without mailers and was never told I would need to pay for something. He snarled at me slapped the return shipping label directly on the vinyl and said, “Next.” I then pointed out that I brought along mailers to be helpful to them since the last time I brought one in for the same ship, I heard the comment that vinyl are hard to pack correctly. He looks at me like I did something wrong says, “You should have said that up front.” I kindly reminded him that I had mentioned that at the beginning. He gave a short reply of, “Psshhh nah.” I’ve had some really good service up here and hate to give this location a bad rating, but this whole experience ruined it for me. I won’t be back to this location again.

Staff member, Emily, was a pleasure to work with! I had a print job that I was not 100% happy with, only because of my human error, and she was able to work with me on getting something that I was pleased with. With my issue, combined with the fact that there were 20 more people that came in, in a span of 5 minutes, and unruly customers, she was absolutely professional! I've had my prints done here before and I will definitely come back!
