Not helpful Walgreens staff, as always Fedex BS. Fedex sent me a QR code to print out my Return Label and I had printer issues at home, and Walgreens staff denied to help/pront out my shipping label. I did returns with amazon at Kohl’s all yhe yome very smooth and easy, but Fedex and Walgreens can not make it for some reason( may be because of paper and Ink cost) ….

Rick, the store manager, was very helpful, and very kind. I had to package some items that I needed to drop off for USPS, and he even gave me some pointers for a different packaging store that ships for USPS without having to wait in line at the post office. He has a great attitude and didn't make me feel like a bother! Will go back to this location to be served by Rick, even though it's out of my way.

First of all I would like to give credit where credit is due. That is to the staff that keep this location always running like a well oiled machine. So I would like to personally say thank you to Mary, Blake, Rick, Jenn & Kim. I stop by here 5-8 times a week for drop off packages for my online business and they always are friendly, helpful and willing to go out of their way to help me. They always handle my packages with care and are very diligent to always double check to ensure the packages are going to where they need to and are labeled correctly. This team here makes my day so much better knowing when I come in my clients packages are being handled and shipped by the best. They all have amazing patience, I've witnessed first hand how to handle clients w grace and care even when I've seen them be treated rudely. So from my small business to y'all at this location and fed ex. Thank you for all your hard work and amazing customer service. Fed ex and this location have a client for life.

First off, if I can see your nostrils, you're not wearing your mask properly. It's infuriating that the staff here is completely incompetent in following basic COVID measures. Beyond that, they also lack customer service skills. No "hello," no "welcome to FedEx," just a handful of workers clustered together, talking about who cares, and staring at you when you enter the store until they look at each other to determine who's the unlucky 1 who has to deal with you.

Good service and ease of shipping at this location. I've gotten good packing advice here from staff on how to properly pad things that I'm shipping so they arrive safely. They also sell shipping supplies and boxes at a reasonable cost.

I went to Fedex this mornng to have a huge big box shipped out. one of the employees name Jen that work there had told me I can mail it out a certain way and then changed her mind and said it had to be shipped out another way. By then she had me so confuse. She got very rude and had a awful disposition about herself. Then I was told that my big box had to had to be repackage right in order to be shipped out. There was another employee that was working there name Doug stepped up and offered me equipment that I needed. He was very helpful and courteous to my needs. On the other hand other lady employee that worked there did not apologized and say thank you or goodbye. That is what "I call BAD customer service"
