I scheduled an appointment online for a vaccine for my 4 year old. When we showed up, we waited in a long line just to get to the front and be told they don't have any of the vaccines we were there to get. Why do they allow you to make an appointment if they don't even have the vaccine?

This is probably the worst Walgreens ever! The pharmacy is absolutely horrible! I was on the phone for 25 minutes and no one ever answered. What is the point of being able to call if you cannot get through! If I could give it a rating it would be a 0!!!

HORRIBLE wait times. Waited for 40 mins in the drive thru line. You're ignored at this location. After waiting at the drive thru window for 25+ mins, I was finally acknowledged. Then told to come inside and wait another 30 mins. They have NOONE working the drive thru window but 15+ customers who were inside were helped and handed prescriptions. Unfortunately it was very inconvenient for me to come inside with two babies, one of which who was screaming in pain needing her prescription. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Worst store. They put me on hold for 43 minutes No one in this store is serous in helping customers.Update : Oct 13, 2023I went inside.After picking up my medicine. I decided in good faith to give feedback to the pharmacy supervisor ( Asian looking lady )a) as I gave feedback , i saw she was not listening & being defensive b) then she blur-bled. I did not get itc) she called manager of the store attempting me to leave the stored) I left the window and sent to the front of the store check out and waited for manager to come back e) manager was polite and did his best to retain me, after hearing all. I told the manager after today I shall never come to Walgreens pharmacy as CVS is 200 % better. He agreed with me about the issues with pharmacy. I showed him screen shots on my call holds for 43 min too. We shook hands and I left I would still say don't go to the pharmacy. The store side is good.This is Stacy & custer in McKinney.

8996 Stacy Rd, McKinney, TX 75070Made vaccination appointment at 9.30 am. It's 10.20 am. Nothing yet!!Whole point of making appointments is to schedule your day accordingly. If you have staff issues, don't let patients make appointments and screw up our day.

Just the worst!! I hate this pharmacy. Every experience here has been had. My dr keeps "accidentally " calling in my prescriptions here. Ughhh I moved into the area and started using this pharmacy because of the convenient location but very quickly realize they have terrible customer service. My primary use of this pharmacy has been for prescriptions so I can only speak for that. I have switched all my prescriptions to Market Street and Mckinney and the customer service. There is so much better!

IF YOU WERE A KROGER PATIENT RUN!! RUN ANYWHERE BUT HERE!! 4 days in with this pharmacy still don't have my prescription and today not only could they NOT fill a very simple prescription and the 3rd one took 6hrsWhen it was finally ready they couldn't bill Tricare and somehow they are asking for a prescription card for a primary insurance we have had for 3 years, NEVER BEEN ASKED FOR AT KROGER to fill a prescription EVER and according to the insurance has never sent out.

NEVER AGAIN! Once bitten twice shy!I had a bad experience with this walgreens location in the past with online order pick up which they failed to deliver curbside after waiting 20 mins during peak covid. I went for covid shots for my 5yr old with an appointment. By the time they gave us papers to sign it was 20 mins and I had to stand in line for 15 mins to return the signed paper. It took more than 1hr to vaccinate two kids. They had 6 people working in pharmacy. Just ridiculous management. I will get their second shots else where!

Very cool atmoshere. Buffet style brought to the table. You can only take your meat home. Servers are great!! I only wish so much food didn't get wasted. I'd give 5 stars if they could find way to donate the food.
