I chose the $9.99 plan to receive up to 30 pieces of mail a month. I found out after I went to the store to pick up my mail that I was charged for picking up my mail. I only found out about the pick up charge because they sent me an email. Neither of the 2 workers said anything about a charge when she handed me my mail. Please note this mail I was waiting for is about my disability.
I uploaded all my documents for them to verify on 7/24. They responded to me on7/28 that they were missing a document. I know for a fact that I uploaded everything. On 7/30 I was finally approved. So from this I had to way for 6 days before I could start using the address. Which was their fault.
If you are broke & homeless like I am, don’t use their services. You get charged monthly then charged every time you pick your mail up. Then get screwed over and pay for a full month yet it’s only available to you 25 days.

Nuisance everytime I come here
I don’t usually come to this location unless it’s very urgent cos the lady is super slow, asks to buy tape and uses that in a very weird way. She doesn’t know how to tape it.
And huffs and puffs for everything. Honestly a very unpleasant experience everytime I see her. I’d rather drive 10 extra min to get my shipping elsewhere than put up with this annoying lady.

You charged for a service!! One week no response!!! One call to another office resolved everything. Stop swindling people. At first you said you reached out yourself and today you claimed it is third party company. Which is it!!! You are one of those Nigerians who only show respect to white people but when you are patronized by your own you turn into an animal. I see how you treated the white folks with respect when in your establishment, but when I called to ask about my husband's status you started raising your voice and for what reason?? You need to change your approach to customer service it is terrible!!!!!!!!!!! You don't know me. I called to ask about a status that quite frankly you should have called to provide us with days ago. If you can't provide the service close down. If you told us two weeks we would have sort an alternative.WE PAID YOU! You didn't deliver and for your information I patronized other businesses in that complex and I will be there every week lol but yours never again. If you send another useless reply I will send another one star review. Mcheeew

The owner of this business is ridiculously rude!!!!!! Zero people relation skill. High misrepresentation of services they provide. She offered a service to my husband and promised a response in three business days. We had to call after a week for a response. Keep in mind I was standing right there when she told him three business days. It has been almost a week no update. When I called requesting an update today this Heiffer!!!!! Began raising her voice telling me it can take up to two weeks and she told my husband that. I wondered why she would lie so blatantly considering I was standing right there!!!!!! She started raising her voice telling me how she will hang up on me. Total lack of manners. We regret patronizing her and when I asked for a refund cos she isn’t providing us with anything she starts telling me to go to their website. We call the bank and file a dispute as we should never have been charged until she provided the service in the first place. Don’t walk away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RUN AWAY?♀️ ?♂️
