I hardly ever write reviews but this time I find it necessary! This morning I stopped by for some donuts and hit chocolate with my son and grand kids and I have to say the young man in the counter helped us a lot being very patient with the boys and being courteous, after we got the hot chocolate the boys went up the counter to ask go some creamer Gage the young man ( hope I’m spelling it right) was nice and was going to give them a cup that had about 4/5 creamers when all of sudden from behind him a man tells at him yanking the cup from his hand yellin “ DONT GUVE THEM CUP, THEY DONT NEED A CUP!!” That made me and the boys feel really bad for him when he was only trying to be nice! I just need to say Majid (That’s the name he gave me) needs to have a better attitude towards the employees and be proud of the nice customer service Gage has!! He needs to learn from him!!

Tables all dirty and asked to wipe down and was told they are too busy. Had to ask for napkins, rude staff, fifty counters with empty donut baskets all over the counter. Just bad.

I love Dunkin! The prices are better than another coffee place and the coffee is delicious. We enjoy the food too. The staff are friendly and fast.

I’ll keep it short and sweet. They handed our drink out to another car and took it back before handing it to us (health code violation). The wind blew our food off from their counter into the ground and tried serving it to us (health code violation). If you like dirty filthy ground food, then Donkin DunDuns on Eldorado is the place for you!

Went through the packed drive thru quite quickly. I ordered a hot coffee late in the day and it tasted fresh. Service was good and friendly.

The service wasn’t great/welcoming. But that’s not reason for this review. I noticed a fly over the donuts and I told the lady at register about the it and showed it to her (10:45 AM). She just looked at it, did not do anything and asked me “how may I help you”. She was not bothered to remove the fly. I was in the store for next 5 min, and nothing has been done to take care of the concern I mentioned.

1 star for the 2 girls that was working super hard on a Saturday at a busy time. This owner should hire more staff instead of being stingy and cutting cost behind labor.

The best coffee! I love all the flavor options! I love the app & being able to order ahead too. Madalyn is the best she always gets my order correct and remembers my name!

The coffee is really good, however they could improve on the food. I sometimes pick up a breakfast sandwich and it is normally overcooked, sometimes it is even a bit burned. The sandwich tastes good when not overcooked. The donuts are great too!
