I would definitely recommend Dungan floors. There sales rep helped me find a perfect match against some existing floors, they acquired the floors, the installation was fast, thorough, and they did a great job with our trim and baseboards. Overall I’m very pleased and would use them again.

We recently used Dungan's for a main bath remodel. The entire team at Dungan's was a pleasure to work with... Linnie, Tony, Jonathan and Gabriel. Project took 3 weeks and everything came out great! Dungan's handled the entire program from design, demo, and build/install. The only contractors we had to hire ourselves were the painters (we use PaintMor) and we bought all of the bathroom hardware thru Ferguson's which Dungan's recommended. Attention to detail, quality of work and customer service were all off the charts! Highly recommend!!!

We have hired Dungan’s Floors for two jobs: bedroom carpet and a shower retile. They were easy to work with, very professional, and we are happy with the quality and appearance of the carpet and shower. They respected our budget constraints - I never felt pressured, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend Dungan’s Floors!

If you can work with Tony from the start, you'll have the best experience. Tony and the installers working for Dungans are on top of it. I love supporting local businesses who do better work but are getting undercut by "big box" discount stores. My feedback, however, would be to improve their first line business processes. The person answering the phone doesn't even tell you that you've reached Dungan's and comes across as irritated that you've called them. The sales rep is nice but needs to be more diligent with the paperwork and communication. While everything turned out great because the installers were exceptionally diligent, knowledgeable and skilled, and saw to it that the job got done correctly, I can see a lot of customers far less patient than myself being frustrated or discouraged by negative first impressions from the sales side. It doesn't build confidence when you give explicit instructions in writing and then find multiple errors on an invoice, have to take time out of your day to rectify, and are told that they'll take care of it (wrong SKU, wrong measurements, etc.). Also, most consumers today wouldn't have the latitude to stomach a 20% overcharge due to grossly incorrect measurements taken by the sales rep. Yes, Tony did promptly and respectfully resolve these issues when I brought them to his attention (thank you, Tony). But these are unforced errors that create unnecessary stress for your customers. It is only to Dungan's own benefit to get ahead of it and to fix these gaps in process, and be a LOT more diligent and thorough in their communications, to not only avoid losing potential business but to also avoid rework on their end.

Ron Leona with Dungans Floors has been wonderful to work with. He came out to measure within a few days and the carpet we picked will be installed within 2 weeks! They carry a very wide selection if carpet to choose from.
