Drivers edge kept me informed every step of the way thru my repairs. Dropped off in the morning and picked it up that afternoon. A competitor didn't fix the problem. Drivers Edge did! I'm very satisfied!

They told me two of my lights were not working when they work. And they tried to sell me on multiple other things. I think a blind person checked my turn signals. Anyway just go somewhere else it won’t hurt

Had a great experience getting my state inspection done here. Staff were friendly, communicative, and quick working. Was in and out in about half an hour and even received a discount as a first time customer! Waiting area is small and basic but it has coffee and restrooms. They’ve got my business…will definitely return.

By far the worst experience I've had. Sent my car to them because I was having issues starting my car. I asked them to check a few things I believed to be the cause, they told me they did. They got back to me a day later and told me it was something completely different and would cost me around 600$ to fix. So I told them to go on a hwad and do it if it'd fix my car. Not even a day aftwr receiving ny car I start to have issues again. So I call back and they have me bring the car back, this continued a total of 4 times. And even on the 4th time of bringing it in to the same damn shop they made me pay to have it towed there. Despite THEM not being able to fix an issue IVE PAID THEM TO FIX. I called customer support and the district manager who then told me to bring it to this other shop in there jurisdiction. So it gets towed there, and after 3 weeks of being there, they tell me it's the exact issue I asked the first place to look into and tell me it's gonna cost 2100$ to fix the issue. The issue at hand is super easy to fix by yourself (fuel pump) so I knew I was definitely being overcharged so I bring it home and do the replacement myself. But guess what? This place that supposedly specializes in mercedes were also wrong. I would have wasted all that money on an issue that wasn't the issue. Turns out my issue is with a coolant leak I have. Seeing as I have a sensor that won't start my car if I have to little coolant. I've called customer support but they won't reimburse any of what I've had to pay these guys to fix my car. It's outrageous. I figured they'd at least reimburse me somehow. But stay away from this company, they are a scam.
