First time here. It was amazing. Spent way too much because I COULD find things! So organized! This store is almost 6 miles from my house.
There’s a brand new Dollar Tree .5 miles from my house and it looks like a tornado went through every day for months since it opened. You can’t find anything. The store manager, Doreen, doesn’t know what products she has on hand or where things are. Such a shame because I was thrilled to have one so close to home.

THE STAFF WAS AWESOME! Everything was well organized and clean
WHO IS THE REGIONAL MANAGER OVER THIS STORE? You have employees working without A/C in the Texas heat, the store has ran out of Bags for you to carry your stuff???
The poor sweet Lady working last night started using her own trash bags so people could car items to their car
I hope you see this Management. If you are over this store, You should be ashamed.

Love getting snacks and other stuff at a deal.love getting organic coconut oil jars from there for cakes.the kiddo gardening stuff is actually strong enough for a rough n tumble big kid! Even use it for my small spaces in the goat houses..Employees try their best to keep full

Yesterday, a man who was at the cash register answering and talking on the phone, made mocking faces at my mother, she told him that she didn't want the cents in change, he raised his voice at her three times for her change and she returned to take it when she turns around he makes fun of her making some mocking faces, she didn't want to interrupt him in his call that's why she didn't take the change at first. The store is great without a doubt, but I am left with a very bad experience because of this man with his action towards my mother, he did not see that I saw what he did, I waited at the entrance until he turned around and when he did I let him know that I saw the action he did and he did not give an apology, he just arrogantly told me I love u with a mocking voice and his smile continued to attend to the others while he continued talking on the phone, I will return and let the supervisor know what he did, I didn't do it yesterday well I had a lot of anger.

Store is clean but supply is LOW. The household/automotive aisle was sparse. I came in for carabiners and there was ZERO. Staff here is NOT friendly and one of them said one word to me at checkout. He CLEARLY hates his job and doesn't deserve it. This "Dollar" store needs to do better.
